The Hideaway of Silver Terrace
This ground level, tucked away unit is in a very central neighborhood of San Diego and is minutes away from most of San Diego's major attractions.
Guest access is controlled by an electronic lock that uses a pin number that is provided to the guess upon arrival. Guests will have access to the backyard bbq'ing area.
The host can be an interactive as the guests desire. Upon arrival, the if the host is available he generally will try to meet the guests to welcome them. From time to time he is unable to meet them and when this occurs the guests are free to enter the house immediately up on arrival.
The little known name of this small neighborhood just south of the University of San Diego is called Silver Terrace. It is a very centrally located one just minutes from numerous highly popular destinations such as: Sea World, Mission Bay Park, Mission Beach, Old Town, Downtown, Fashion Valley Mall and La Jolla. Within a 10 minute walk you'll be within range of a trolley stop, multiple coffee shops, brewery tasting room, numerous restaurants, and a YMCA.
Morena Vista Trolley stop is located within a 5-minute walk from the house. From there, it's possible to go to Little Italy, the Gaslamp District, Fashion Valley, Qualcomm Stadium, and even further east out to SDSU.
This is the ideal place for a couple due to it's location to so many family friendly attractions San Diego has to offer. Additionally, for longer term stays that require the use of laundry services, the host will provide the washer and dryer located in the unit's garage free of charge.

Cozy place to stay in San Diego! Great location, close to everything we needed! Check in and check out was easy. Communication with the host was great when needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. You'll have to park in the street which was not an issue for me, there was always some place to park even if it was down the street a little. The other neighbors took no issue with me parking in front of their homes when needed. Overall I'd definitely stay here again!

Clean, well maintained property. Great location. Close to beaches, restaurants and Old Town. Very comfortable there although I must comment that the squeaky bed needs to be taken care of. Would stay again. Recommend for two folks.

Overall, this was a nice spot for two people. Cozy and clean, it provided everything you could need for a few days' stay in the area. Jimmy was clear with check-in and check-out instructions and easy to communicate with when needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and feels safe. The location of the property is very great and close to all the major sights of San Diego if you're visiting for the first time. I don't think we ever drove more than 30 minutes to get anywhere. Street parking wasn't difficult to find any night even if you had to go a block over.

It is a lower level apartment, with plenty of room for 4 people. The brand new inflatable mattress was very comfortable for my niece to sleep on. Street parking was readily available .It was very clean. And plenty of coffee supplied for our 4 day stay. Would stay again

This place was perfect for my needs, nice quiet neighborhood, convenient to my conference and plenty of restaurant options. And close to Mission Bay with all of its options. Nice to have laundry onsite too. Definitely would stay again

Perfect short term stay!
My partner and I were pleasantly surprised by the location, comfort, and ease of this stay. It was the perfect place for us to cook, get around San Diego, and rest. The property manager answered my questions quickly and was very helpful.

This is a great property. We had plenty of room to park off street. You are definitely close to everything. The owner was very responsive to our questions. The rental, property and neighborhood are clean and friendly. We loved the stay. Thank you.

Perfect location
This spot is so close to Old Town, the beach, Fashion Valley Mall and some great restaurants. It is also near many different freeway options.
The property was clean and well maintained.

Close to University of San Diego
This is a great location if you are visiting the University of San Diego. Very quiet location and just the right amount of space for one or two adults

I would say the main benefit to this house is it's proximity to so many wonderful attractions San Diego has to provide. One could argue that it is located in the heart of San Diego.
Additionally, it's near the trolley line (5 minute walk) and the neighbors are super friendly.
