This separate and private accommodation is the first level of our Mission Bay home.
Furnished studio with a spacious living area that includes 2 chairs. A meal prep counter that includes a dual hot plate, microwave, air-fryer, toaster, K-cup coffee maker and fridge. A bathroom that includes a large walk in shower with a rain head along with a body wand. A comfortable king bed and vinyl floors throughout.
You also get a separate entrance, your own enclosed patio.
Modern and cool with high end finishes.
Completely private space...I love to greet my guests and I am always upstairs if you need me for anything.
I love to rent this portion of my home because of the wonderful guests that come to visit and become friends. Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
Mission Bay/Bay Park is a queit residential neighborhood that is literally smack in the middle of everything that San Diego has to offer...in 20 minutes you can visit just about every place you would want to visit in San Diego.
We always recommend a car to get around San Diego, but we are a just quick 5-10 minute walk to the Clairemont Dr. trolley station if you wish to use transit during your visit and Uber/Lyft are also very convenient in San Diego. Street parking is readily available and free right around the corner from this unit.
If you wish to bring a pet, please note that there will be an additional $150 pet fee that is due at booking and we don`t allow cats in this property. Please contact host for any questions.
Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals
Important notes/house rules:
-Quiet Hours: 10pm-6am (weekdays); 11pm-6am (weekends).
-Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).
- There is no smoking permitted at any of properties.
- Please treat our properties and, more importantly, our neighborhoods as you treat your own. Keep San Diego vacation rentals vibrant and thriving!

I was worried about parking because I was towing a boat but there was plenty of street parking.The unit was very nice and quiet and I enjoyed the good air conditioning and the little patio.This place was close to everything.I would stay here again the next time I visit San Diego.

The room was very clean. The host was very accommodating. Street parking was easy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location is excellent, right near the 5, with easy access north or south. The ocean and bay are nearby. This is an excellent space for two people on a short-term stay.

Great stay in a cozy, clean and well appointed ADU!
We were pleased with our accommodations and they were just as described! Aaron was a great host and the apartment had everything we needed, down to the smallest detail. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to San Diego!

Weekend stay
Me and my husband came down unfortunately for a funeral. Out stay was quiet and the staff was responsive and friendly

Perfect place in a quiet neighborhood
Amazing location with just a short drive to anything we needed or wanted. Quiet spot to come back to every evening and unwind. Loved everything about it and our anniversary get away was perfect

Great Choice!
Amazing location that was perfect for a3-4 day stay! The room is clean, very comfortable bed, and there’s laundry onsite which was extremely handy. The host was very responsive and overall we had a great experience!

Cute little place
The location is fantastic because it is right by the freeway. You will need a vehicle, but it is a relatively quick drive to any of the destinations you would want. For the price you can’t beat it.

Perfect Stay!
Very peaceful, helpful check in-the upstairs neighbor was very helpful in showing me which unit was mine. Beautiful neighborhood. Perfect for what I needed.

Very happy visitor
The place was very clean and tidy and very well stocked with everything we needed including coffee pods, a bottle of wine and even a couple of beers. Very thoughtful touches and appreciated touches! Would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing stay
Aaron and family were great. Fast response time. Very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful studio close to all the action. Comfortable and quiet.

Just perfect!
Clean comfy and convenient! Ideal hotel alternative for a long weekend in La Jolla/SD. Everything was just 5-10 minutes away. Super-easy check-in/checkout and Aaron was very accessible and responsive. Will absolutely stay again!

Perfect spot for a Pacific Beach getaway
At the end of a charming private walkway, you'll enter through a private gate into a beautifully appointed efficiency-style apartment. Everything we needed was there for our get-away-to-the-beach vacation. Appreciate all the details the owner considered like good reading lights by the bed that included phone chargers, fully equipped kitchen, and beach gear (chairs, umbrella and boogie board.) Wonderful stay in this spotless rental.

Central location for S.D. Vacation
The studio is perfectly located for all your San Diego excursions. Studio was clean and Aaron was easy to communicate with. Sprouts is conveniently located just up the street. Parking was easy to find. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella for our beach days. We would definitely stay there again!

no dedicated parking, a problem for someone with a disability. Next time I will find property with a view of some sort and dedicated parking.

William, sorry you felt it necessary to complain about 2 things that are very clear from our advertisement. We don't advertise any "view" and clearly indicate that the parking is free, unregulated street parking (that is literally only about 300 steps from the unit). Regardless, thanks for the visit. I agree that reviewing the ads for you own specific requirements seems like a good route. We will continue to provide clear and accurate descriptions to support those choices for future travelers. Great Stay!
Amazing stay and value. Check in was easy and we were fortunate enough to get in early. Cozy space but very clean. Photos showed outdoor space to have more seating and a grill. Looks to have been renovated and that was not actually available. Space was still fine for my wife and I. Overall wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone. Will stay again next family visit!
