Escape to our romantic Ocean Beach studio—just 2 mins from the sand! This private beachfront retreat sleeps 2 and is perfect for couples or solo travelers. Enjoy stunning sunsets, vibrant nightlife, top-rated restaurants, and nearby San Diego attractions like SeaWorld and Balboa Park. This modern studio offers free street parking, cozy comfort, and walkable access to beach fun, making it ideal for getaways, surf trips, or city breaks.


A stunning retreat for relaxation, tastefully decorated with new designer furniture. The space accommodates three comfortably.

Studio Highlights:

Plush Queen-size bed with premium linens.
Comfortable futon sofa paired with a 55-inch Smart TV.

As can be seen from the photos there is a very well equipped kitchenette that offers amenities as if you are in your own home.

Please be aware that this studio shares a wall with the connected house. We've implemented soundproofing measures, and we kindly request that you:

Consider fellow guests by maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.
Be mindful of activities during quiet hours, observed from 10 pm to 8 am.


Please note this is NOT a party house.
No additional guests on the property at any time. Please look at another property if you are considering hosting guests during your stay.
Gatherings of any size are strictly prohibited.

No smoking in or anywhere around the property. $250 Smoking Fine in the property.
There is a mini split AC in the living room area. It does a good job of cooling the home. There is not a mini split in the bedrooms but we do make available small heaters that can be used by the guests.

In the studio we have both a window mounted AC unit and a wall mounted heater so always comfortable.

Parking is on the Street. In front of the house. You can park.

This is a lovely and quiet neighborhood with very low traffic, a great place to be relaxed but close to the city to venture out.

Everything was great. The only negatives were the bathroom was small and a bit challenging for 2 people. Also the light fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen generated a lot of heat. Seems like a fire hazard. One last touch, it would have been nice to have the AC already turned on before we got there. Unit was extremely hot when we walked it. Turned on AC and had to leave for an hour or so to let it cool down.

Great Place near SunSet Cliffs

The place was great. Clean, great shower, bed comfortable, pillows were a little fat and hard, Great location. We enjoyed our stay and will come again.

Location. Location. Location. Walking distance to Sunset Cliffs is something special. Having the option to just go at any time of day, or night, in fog, bright sun - is priceless. The studio was a great base of operations for us with a comfy bed and nice strong shower. We’ll be coming back again because the value was almost as great as the view. We highly recommend.

This little efficiency was good for my 2-night stay while visiting my son. The room itself is very clean and nicely appointed - new appliances (including a Keurig that I appreciated!), comfortable bed, excellent AC wall unit that cooled the room in minutes, and a high-definition TV. When I had to connect with the owner, he responded right away.The property has a few signs of neglect that the owner can easily address. Most of the outdoor lights don't work. I tripped on a concrete step that I couldn't see in the dark. When the main house porch light is not on, you can't see the house numbers, which caused some confusion. The door lock panel does not light up until you touch it, and there's an old lockbox to to the left of the door, causing me to have to call the owner because I thought the lock didn't work. Once I found the correct lock panel, everything worked as expected. There is no light at the entrance to the efficiency. There should be.The first number I called (from theVRBO email) was not correct. It was a management service that no longer manages the property. That should be removed from the profile. One of the windows is cracked. The shower drain backed up to the point where I worried about flooding the bathroom. A handyman should be able to correct both in a day.
