NEWLY REMODELED OVERSIZED 2nd row beach house sleeps 14+, 75 yards to the water.

Cheaper than beach first row houses, but only 25 yards further from the beach with an almost identical view and feel (no roads to cross, we're on the beach side of the main road). The wind and ocean spray are there. That magical beachy smell of the ocean.... Our roomy, beachy comfortable 2nd row Gulf of Mexico house with full amenities including a kitchen full of utensils and dishes, a full sized washer and dryer, three large bedrooms down and a giant studio/playroom/room-full-of-4-giant-bunkbeds with a full bath upstairs is just 75 yards to the beach on the beach side of San Luis Pass Road. You can listen to the waves all night! The house has a large kitchen table and a newly remodeled open kitchen so everyone can work together to make dinner.

It has great WiFi with smart TV's (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.), ceiling fans, standing fans, good a/c in the summer and warm toasty heating in the winter upstairs and down. The beach is wide, clean and not busy and RIGHT THERE! The sand is soft and fluffy. This is a perfect get away spot about 13 miles west of the end of the Seawall. Also has a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, brand new dishwasher, new retro fridge and new oven/stove. We do our best to keep it stocked with dishes and flatware and cookware, salt/peper, cooking spray, coffee and fixins. We've got dish soap and laundry soap and full sized washer/dryer. We've got an ironing board and iron. We stock toilet paper, paper towels, and bath towels. It's got smoke alarms, and a blasting hot and cold outdoor shower. Two new beach-side decks (upper and lower), too! You will love it!

Great place to stay, walking distance to the beach, and large enough for the entire family. The home is not fancy, and it isn't run down, it is perfect for a beach vacation! The owner was easy to communicate with and helped us through so issues. I highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable time visiting this beach house. It had everything we needed except the WiFi wasn’t working. But the accommodations were perfect for our stay. Easy beach access and not far from everything on the seawall.

Excellent property, clean and very comfortable. Great gulf view even though we were one row back. Easy access to the beach, a short 75 yard walk. Quiet location even during spring break week. First time using this property, liked it enough that we are already booked for next year. Mike the host was very pleasant and easy to reach with questions.
Great place if you have a dog. Amos loved it.

The beach house was well laid out and the communication with the owner was excellent. However, some point were disappointing. 1. Mold in downstairs shower - my granddaughter has severe allergies so we couldn’t use that shower. 2. Although the property was clean, some parts were missed - some of the ceiling fans were extremely dirty, some of the air vents were dirty and corroded with possible mold. 3. Master toilet had broken seat cover and kept running.master bedroom windows had no blinds so anyone could see in at night when the light was on. 4. Most seriously was the the house has roaches, some huge ones so the whole place needs pest control. Although I liked the owner, my wife will never stay there again.

Fantastic Family Beach House

Great place to have a beach get away that avoids crowded tourist spots. Very family and pet friendly, and fantastic access to beach.Home is well provisioned to allow cooking. We loved it!

A great place and right in front of the beach!

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was big enough for our family and a min walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. We plan on staying here again!

Kitchen had everything that we needed. Upstairs great for kid sleeping and play space. Location to beach was perfect. We all had a great time. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay!!

Great House

The house was great! Plenty of room and super short walk to the beach. The house comes with lots of cooking supplies and was clean. I would stay here again, for sure!

We're excited to own and share this awesome beach house with you and your family and friends. We find it so relaxing, and such a short walk to the water across a wide sandy beach, that we know you'll love it too. Plus, we just remodeled to add wood-look tile floors throughout the downstairs, a brand new kitchen, and a fresh coat of paint and new ceiling fans.

We chose this house because it was the best combination of closeness to the beach, and roominess and comfort. There's room for at least 14 people, and a full complement of amenities inside, and activities nearby.
