With a view of the green belt around the lagoon and sand dunes, situated just one block off of the beach, this two story house offers accommodations for up to 12 guests. Plenty of space to BBQ on the gorgeous balcony overlooking Oceano. This rental will bring new meaning to your vacation - family, home, and most of all, fun!

This two story house offers:

3 Large Bedrooms: Master Bedroom on main living level with 1 king size bed (sleeps 2) and one double sofa sleeper (sleeps 2); two other bedrooms on the lower level: Lower bedroom 1 has 1 queen sized bed (sleeps 2) and a roll away twin bed in closet (sleeps 1). Lower bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed (sleeps 2) and a bunk bed with twin on top and queen mattress on bottom (sleeps 3) Also two additional foam pad stored in room (Sleeps 2).

The open floor plan on the main living level (second floor) provides a common area for lounging while watching TV or using the fully stocked kitchen. Take in the view of the landscape around the lagoon while on the front balcony outside of the kitchen and dining area, which is used for outdoor seating and cooking on the propane BBQ. The master bedroom also on this floor has a balcony for additional outdoor seating.

The garage is set up as a game room with a pool table, couch bar and stools for your entertainment. Outside of the garage door is a sun deck with a table, chairs and umbrella for more game room enjoyment. Under the staircase you will find bicycles for children and adults. Parking is available in the driveway and on the curbside.

This area is among the most popular and unique of California State Parks. The 5 1/2 miles of beach open for vehicle use and the sand dunes available for off highway motor vehicle recreation are attractions for visitors from throughout the United States. Oceano Dunes is the only California State Park where vehicles may be driven on the beach. Four wheel drive / all wheel drive vehicles are recommended for driving on the beach and to the camping and off-highway vehicle use areas in the park. Beach wheelchairs are available for loan at the Pier and Grand Avenue entrances to the beach. Surfing, swimming, surf fishing, horseback riding and bird watching are popular activities. Just a few miles up the coast you'll find more activities like kayaking, cycling, wake boarding, board walking, wine tasting an so much more!
