The location was great, right in the heart of the action and close to the beach and pier. The roof view of sunset every night was amazing. The house itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a vacation full of good memories for our family. Would definitely stay here again.

Main Street Pismo Rental Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Centrally located, we could walk everywhere, very clean, nice comfy beds, kitchen was well stocked, unit is upstairs, so it is a bit quieter than some of the other units we’ve stayed in. I really love the huge kitchen table, it’s great not just at mealtimes, but also for game time!! We will be renting this unit again.

Perfect in Pismo

The pier is just down the street. The house is spacious and roomy. Would stay here again!

Great Location near beach and shops

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute find, great location and views. Walking distance to everything. It does back up to a strip of businesses that include restaurants. This prevented sleeping with the window open in one of the rooms sadly as the refrigeration unit/storage was in close proximity to the bedroom. The dumpsters were dumped earlier in the morning on multiple days as well. We slept with the air on the next night and it definitely helped a lot. I would still recommend this location, but it would have been nice to know this.

Nice place to stay at

Great property and location

The place was ready early, very clean and in walking distance to almost everything. The place was large enough for 6 adults with room to spare.

Walking distance to everything

Best stay

Our friends loved how cozy the house felt and it had everything you needed! Had a coffee pot! Extra pans and plates! It feels like a home and made us feel very welcomed!

Great location in pismo

Had a small police station three homes down. Short was to Old West Cinnamon Rolls and the property was spacious and clean.

Better than expected

The living room was bigger than I thought it would be. The natural lighting and deck were great. Lots of glassware (and plastic). The location is great for walking to everything Pismo has to offer. With that comes the sounds of being in the heart of the action. This is what I expected so didn’t bother me. The one thing they could improve on is hooking up the ice maker in the freezer. It was a bummer to get my heart set on mixing up a cocktail but not having ice. There is a liquor store just a short jaunt though so…crisis averted.

Spacious and family friendly but no access to washer and dryer and farther from pier than anticipate

This condo was clean, had comfy beds and was family friendly. There was a nice balcony with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. However, we traveled with three young children who went to the beach every day so we were not happy campers when we saw a padlock on the doors that blocked access to the washer and dryer. Considering the price we paid to rent the condo we felt that the washer and dryer should have been included. Also, the pier was farther away than anticipated and a bit far of a walk for a four year old. Additionally, parking was problematic. We were promised two parking spaces but one was occupied daily by a tenant in the building and the other one was a tight squeeze up a narrow driveway, around the corner of the building and around the parked car. I chose to park on the street rather than trying to maneuver in and out of the driveway. The condo itself was pleasant and the rental staff was great but the inconveniences should have been made clear up front.

Comfortable place and great location!

The property was ready early, and we were notified right away with the keyless entry codes. The rental office called to make sure that we got what we needed. They are in the front of the building on the first floor, great of you need them. The place is very comfortable and spacious and in a great location, walking distance to the beach and pier with a lot of food options around if you decide to eat out/takeout instead of cooking. If you decide to cook, there is a fully functional kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve. The kitchen table is big and easily seats 8. Lots of natural light. One of the highlights is the large living room with 2 big sofas and coffee tables. The kitchen is on the opposite side from the bedrooms so you can hang out there and not disturb those who may be sleeping. Beds were comfortable. The deck above the garage is very nice if you like to spend time outdoors. There are 3 things to take note of: 1. This is a 2nd floor unit (you enter on the ground floor and take the stairs up) so if you have any guests who have trouble with stairs, it will be tough; 2. Driveway is narrow (it's the one to the left of the rope divider). It is easier to back in. Plenty of space to park. 3. 2 bedrooms and both bathrooms face the back of several restaurants. Every morning around 730-8am, garbage trucks drive through there to pick up trash so it's a little noisy. Otherwise, the place is fairly quiet.We had a great time and would stay here again. Thanks!

Beautiful Unit in a great location
