The property was beautiful. With great views and perfect location close to restaurants and entertainment. My family and I would definitely recommend it and come again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. Has beautiful views. Coastal Vacations is amazing to work with!!!If you are planning on cooking in this fabulous kitchen, you will need to bring your own seasonings, condiments and extra paper towels. That was the only inconvenience. We truly enjoyed the stay.

Good location with dirty windows

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I like the place too much, it is expensive but worth it. The only problem was all windows was so dirty and can’t see the view clear because of that. The house need more deep cleaning in general.

Oceanfront properties along The Strand in Oceano are covered with sand within 24 hours of having the windows washed, it happens so quickly because of the vehicles driving on the beach so in the busy summer months it happens even faster, it's the tradeoff for being right on the beach unfortunately.

Great location and view, but all windows where extremely dirty and we cleaned them to be able to see thru, it is very nice house but they need to clean it, sand is everywhere. We didn’t use the roof because it was dirty as well.
