Was perfect for our grandchildren weekend. On the beach which they love and nice to wake up to each morning. The beds are very comfortable and wonderful sheets. We had everything in the kitchen we needed and plenty of room to relax. Close to everything we wanted to do. Tammy was very kind and so easy to work with

Beautiful View!

We had a great family stay at this home. Great view and location on the beach. Friendly homeowner and very helpful. We plan to stay there again.

Great house

Great location on the beach. Nice to have separate living quarters. Great property. The only down fall would be the very small TV's. The one in the bottom studio is way to small to even watch TV on. Other then that great house, amazing location.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!

We had a much needed relaxing and calming time here! The views are amazing, access to the beach is right out the back yard. Everything that is listed in the details is there, plus some. The downstairs apartment was perfect for our 19 year old son to have his own space but still be with the family. Tammy was wonderful and very responsive. We loved the area and the town. My boys and hubby spent hours in the water and playing in the sand, I spent hours watching the WHALES AND DOLPHINS. Yes, you can see whales and dolphins in the water playing and the deck on this house is the perfect vantage point. It was the 4th of July and we saw fireworks in many different directions!! The house is older, so you cannot expect perfection, but it is perfect for a getaway by the ocean! Thank you so much, Tammy. WE LOVED IT.

Old tired unkept property

We got a call from property manager when we were on our way to the property-was told there was an issue with the sliding glass door to get in to the house and they were not sure if they could get someone out to repair it. After getting to the house It was pretty evident the door had an issue for a long time. Fan and light didn’t work. I cut my lip on a wine glass when I took a sip and a piece of the glass broke off in my mouth-glass apparently had a crack on both sides-we were required to sweep when we left But it was obvious that the floors had not been cleaned before we got there— way over priced for what we paid

Yes, Jill, I did call you the day of your arrival, It was a courtesy call. That morning I found the door was not sliding properly. Unfortunately, things break and we've not been able to have doors, appliance or light bulbs, etc., give us notice before they break, but we're working on that:) The fan light works perfectly, so I'd have to call that operator error. As we read your statement, we questioned why you never bothered to call, and bring even one thing that you claimed to our attention? Your contract that you signed clearly states the following: “Upon arrival and within the first hour, should there be a problem with the house it must be brought to our attention immediately within the first hour of check-in or it is agreed/understood that everything is good and acceptable and there are no deficiencies which include; the home is as advertised, everything is in working order and there are no deficiencies or issues with the cleanliness of our home.” And yet we never heard from you? We would have gladly come by and addressed any concerns or problems as we are only 5 minutes away, McMillan & Maddox

Great location right on the beach of the Oceano vehicle park. Great whale watching and a short distance from downtown without all the crowds. Nice layout for a family to enjoy the sand and evening beach fires.

Best place to reset you mind, and clear out thoughts that way you down. The sound of the beach .

I personally got to clear my mind near the beach, reset my thoughts to be a better writer and performer. The place on the beach was very relaxing.

Charming Beachfront House

The neighborhood, beachfront backyard, and house were perfect for our family. We enjoyed playing at the beach, watching the beautiful sunsets, and loved the unique touches in the house like the stained glass windows, bookshelves, and artwork as well.

The house is right on the beach, short walk to the water. Very clean. Tammy was great, stopped by to make sure everything was in order for our stay.

Beach living.

This house on the beach was more than expected..right on the beach walk out the house and your toes are in the sand and than a short walk to the ocean water..rules were easy to follow..thank you Tammy for making my fiance and girls happy on the birthday getaway.

Wonderful Place

A few friends and I rented this house for Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time! The location couldn’t be better and communication with the property owners was easy and consistent. We would highly recommend this house and would love to come back!

Very clear communication. Very professional hosts. Lovely location right on the beach. Reasonably equipped house with plenty of seating and sleeping options. Very comfy home. Go for the location alone!

Excellent stay and location!

My fiancée and our close friends stayed from July 22-25, 2021. The location of this place was excellent for what we were doing, (visiting downtown, going to Steve’s ATVs). The alternate check in location for Steve’s was less than a mile from here and the main office .3 miles walking distance. Downtown was about a 5 minute drive. The place itself was beautiful, with patio decks on both top and bottom rooms. Both have a full kitchen although the bottom room has a much smaller stove than the top room does. I would recommend staying at the bottom room just because you have direct access to the beach. A few things to note for management, some of the cooking utensils were flimsy for cooking and we noticed some bugs (tiny roaches) crawling around at night. But other than that, everything was perfect. We will definitely come back again!

AMAZING VIEWS

The description and reviews of this property was spot in! The location was perfect and views were absolutely amazing. My husband, daughter and I stayed the weekend and the studio downstairs was a bonus which provided easy access to beach. We enjoyed a bonfire and watched the sunset and sunrise all weekend. Would recommend location for any small family or group.
