The property was just as described its a honest, clean, well ran condo/hotel ive stayed in two separate rooms at this condo and have been pleased with both trips. View, vibes, and people of Tresasure Island are nothing but gracious hosts and a quieter type stay for a beach vacation!!!

Nice trip

We enjoyed our time in this condo. It was close to amenities, right on the beach, just enough space for the two of us, and the sunsets were spectacular.

Hard to beat it.

One of the best for pool, views, on the beach, close to dining, no crowds, and the almost private beach except on weekends.

We stayed here before and it was really nice and clean. This year the cleanliness was not so good. I had noticed after my husband had been sleeping on the pillows for a few days that there was this caked on brown stuff on both pillows. I was worried it was bedbugs. I took it to the front desk and housekeeping came and changed my sheets. She thought it was from the previous people that had been in the room and the housekeeper didn’t change my bedsheets. When she changed my sheets, she sprayed some kind of vinegar substance so the remaining time we were there sleeping all we smelt was vinegar in the bed. I was not offered any sort of compensation at all. The dyer didn’t work to good, I had to run it twice to dry clothes and the AC had a water leak.

Great time!

We stayed for a week and it was so wonderful! The ladies at the front desk were so kind and very helpful. Clean condo with many towels and the washer and dryer was definitely a plus! Beautiful property In a great location! Walking distance to many great bars and restaurants. The walk out to the beach is the longest in the area but it’s still beautiful and a 4 minute work out never hurt anybody! Lol private peaceful beach. We will return!

2nd Time Around

We stayed at South Beach Resort last year and fell in love. We decided to come back again this year and really enjoyed our time. The resort is clean, well maintained, and the location, well it is perfect. I mean how can you not love the view from your own balcony or just walk a short distance to the beach. The staff are friendly and are quick to respond if you need anything. Check in was a breeze. We were actually late due to traffic, so I called for after hour check in. No problems at all. We are already talking of coming back next year. Highly recommend.

Southbeach 505

Great view, clean, and well equipped with anything you might need. Great location, near John's Pass, right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants.
