Had a wonderful and relaxing time. The view was amazing. It was so relaxing and peaceful. This place is a gem and I can’t wait to visit again.

The condo is wonderful and clean! It has excellent views from the large balcony and comfortable seating. We really appreciated all the extras that were included that helped make our stay more enjoyable. The communication was excellent, and Beth was more than accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We especially enjoyed sitting the balcony. We had our coffee there every morning as the sun came up. Then sometimes watched the sunset from there or just enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves at night.

Excellent location just steps from the beach! The condo was just as described and included beach chairs/umbrellas which were very convenient. We did wish that the balconies would be smoke free as the smoke and substance smell limited our ability to enjoy the balcony, but understand that that the outdoor spaces are out of the hosts control. Would stay again!

Wonderful getaway with amazing ocean view, beach views and the sunsets were spectacular. The condo itself was clean and cozy and all the amenities we needed. Beth was very responsive and in a timely manner. Overall 5/5 it was just what I needed for my birthday getaway! Would definitely stay again if/when we are back in the area! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with this property! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well cared for, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was just as described, and you could tell the host take great pride in providing a welcoming experience for their guests.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful making the entire process easy and stress-free.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Everything smelled so fresh and clean, there were umbrellas and a cooler provided, easy to communicate with owner, and great location! We will def be back! :)

The condo was perfect for my wife and I to enjoy her extended birthday weekend on the beach! The view is amazing, the condo had beach chairs and an umbrella perfect for two. You’ll want a bigger umbrella if you’re not wanting to get any sun. We rented a car from the airport, but most restaurants were within a 10 minute walk. The rooms were clean and cozy. We ate out each night, but the kitchen had anything you’d need to prepare meals. The area is great, however, about 1-2 miles south of there is a little sketchy at times. We felt safe in that area, even at night. Also, the nightly strolls on the beach are a must. We will definitely choose this condo again!!! Beth is a fantastic host and communication was spot on!

We stayed for the week of July 4th and it was the best 4th of July. The unit looks nicer in person than in the pictures. Pool was nice and the ocean was very nice and not much seaweed. Host responded to my text messages as expected. I would highly recommend this unit and property management team.

The property shows its age. Not in a bad way… just a retro way. A lot of the furniture is older retro… clean but aged. New couch and chair. The condo was clean as a whistle. We had some issues with some aspects, like the slider door to the balcony, but it has been fixed!!! Top floor, great views, unreal sunsets. Step out of the elevator and into the beach. Pool was great. Management and ownership are great!!!-We will be back…

It was a nice place but the floors were not washed and my feet were filthy after being there 20 min.

Working with Beth was the smoothest we have ever had!! Enjoyed the balcony so much and access to the beach was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked and the shower was nice in pressure and heat. It was cute and cozy and just what we needed. Also very close to our favorite local restaurants too. Finally a condo where your parking spot is not requiring a shoe horn to get you in! Loved that the air conditioning really worked. If I had a wish list it would have been washer and dryer and hot tub by the pool! But it was a really great vacation and we would book it again!!! Thank you Beth!
