Farmhouse 2 bedroom suite @ Nookside Stables

Our Nookside Farmhouse Suite is located in the main house and is gives a farm view on the 2nd floor. PLEASE NOTE THIS ON THE 2ND FLOOR. You will have steps. Located on 47 acres and home to our approx. 30 horses and ponies. We no longer offer trail rides but you can enjoy walking the property and meeting many of horses. We do not encourage large groups but cater to small families and/or extended families. The foyer entrance is semi-private. Check-in is 3-9 pm. Please let us know an ETA prior to arrival. Upon arrival, either my wife or I will be there to greet you and to show you your suite. The upstairs suite has double doors that close and latch on the inside for full privacy. You will have a beautiful and restful view of the horses and farm. The suite includes 2 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and 2 single child-size beds. The large bathroom has a double sink & closet and separated door into the bathtub and toilet area. A mini-refrigerator, microwave, and coffee bar are in the suite entrance. Note: there is no kitchen but you can heat up small items in the microwave. It is has a microwave, coffee bar and mini-fridge, not a large refrigerator for storing lots of food. Great for ordering in and not so much set-up to make your own meals. There are 10+ restaurants within 5-10 min.

As mentioned above, Nookside Stables, a horse boarding facility, operates on the farm. They no longer offer trail or pony rides but you do have the enjoyment of surrounded by the beauty of 30+ horses often out to pasture.

Dutch Wonderland, Hersheypark & Chocolate World, Sight & Sound Theater are all within 20 min. An Amish farm, The Nook Sports complex & the Lancaster Junction rails-to-trails all border our farm and are within walking distance.
