We were visiting friends in Lancaster and this adorable condo met our needs perfectly. It was spotless, well appointed with everything we needed and a very convenient location. Our host was a quick communicator on any questions we had. The property itself is well taken care of and in a lovely location. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay and would definitely come back again.

This place really is a hidden gem in Lancaster. The property was great and centrally located, close to downtown shopping as well as the sports complex that we were playing a basketball tournament at over the weekend. Val was friendly, attentive and was very easily accessible throughout the trip. The worst part about this was that we couldn't stay longer - it was that amazing.

The communication with our host was very good, quick to reply. Our check in and checkout instructions very clear. The space was welcoming and comfortable. This was a perfect place to relax. It is close to a grocery store, and to all activities we planned-including going to the Sight and Sound theatre.

Host was very accommodating & even provided a list of restaurants and other local attractions for our visit. The condo had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable, everything was in pristine condition and very clean.Even though the property is listed as a first floor condo, it is more like a converted apartment with a house above. We could definitely hear people above us, but they were never too loud or disturbing.

Guests appreciate the ground floor since there are absolutely no steps, parking is on level ground with your entrance, and the entrance opens to your private, peaceful spacious backyard. There is also a peaceful concrete and brick patio, shaded and covered by the beautiful deck, complete with table and chairs for dining outside and enjoying the property even more. Everything was good except for the overpowering smell of bleach or other cleaning solvents masking what seemed to be an animal urine odor. I’m sensitive to chemicals and when I first opened the door noticed it. A friend stopped by to visit and when I opened the door to let them in, immediately commented on the odor. Quite disappointing considering everything else was nice, clean, and well-stocked.

Every property should be this easy to enjoy. The private parking, patio, quiet backyard, and thoughtful amenities like coffee, creamer(s!!), full size fridge and luxurious bathroom were above and beyond our expectations. We meandered along backroads on our quest for fabric stores and couldn't get over how well-cared-for the farms and homes appeared. It was just the balm to our spirits we needed. I hope we can return someday soon.

We were looking for a place to stay while taking in a show at the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater. This was perfect for us! Very close to the theater and great accommodations. A nice cozy spot to explore the Lancaster area.
