The space:
This modern and cozy condo has a one bedroom suite with complete bathroom and closet space, from the comfort of your bed you can enjoy the grand and gorgeous view of the tuquoise ocean water.
Great living room space with more ocean views and a great terrace to enjoy a morning coffee. Located in the living room there is a Queen size Murphy bed and 1/2 bathroom.
Kitchen is equipped with the basic and necessary items so you can cook ( if thats what you want ;) and feel just at home.

Perfect spot

The unit came as advertised. Perfect place for the two of us. There are million dollar views from the balcony. Close to everything we needed. Collette was very responsive to a couple very minor things.

Our stay at Blue residence

We have stayed at Blue residences many times and enjoy the location, restaurants and quick access to Mullet bay. Donna at security is amazing, friendly and helpful. Collette, the property manager dealt with our concerns quickly and was very professional. The condo itself is spacious and had everything we needed. It needs some TLC in comparison to other units we have stayed in at Blue.

3 night Cupecoy stay

We were looking to stay in the Cupecoy area for a few nights after an extended stay elsewhere on the island. We know the area well from previous visits. We were thankful for an early check-in. Staff was very friendly. Building security was excellent. The views, as advertised, were spectacular. The unit was fine, but a little tired. A few nicks here and there. The most disappointing thing was that the balcony lounge furniture shown on the listing did not exist. This would have been a show-stopper, had we known, as we were looking forward to an outdoor place with a view to relax in the evening. We spent most time inside. The other issue is in addition to the $250 security deposit, we also were required to purchase additional liability insurance for any damages. The unit and furnishings were fine, but didn’t warrant additional coverage in our opinion. I’d probably lean towards 3 stars, but the nightly rate was very reasonable given the view and location.

Beautiful Place

We stayed at this property with our two boys aged 11 & 9 and it worked perfect for us. The boys shared the murphy bed in the living room. The condo was clean and provided a beautiful view of the ocean with the possibility of opening the patio door entirely to allow the nice breeze to come in. The patio had two lounging chairs which was convenient. The towels and linen were of good quality and the condo kitchen was well equipped. We loved the Cupecoy area for food options. The courtyard near the marina has some excellent restaurants. We also loved Mullet Bay beach which was only a few minutes away by car. We would definitely recommend.

Comfortable, spacious holiday condo.

The property was as advertised and didn't disappoint. We like to cook, and the kitchen was very well equipped and excellent quality. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect for us. Enjoyed the balcony. Great views and better sunsets. Close to excellent beaches, like Cupecoy, Mullet Bay and Rouge Beach. Our host, Maria was very helpful and responded immediately with any concerns. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
