Top of the world Penthouse, and the best action view on Mt Washington!

Check out the daily conditions while you enjoy your coffee, and watch the kids play and toboggan out front, right from your windows. Ski out from the building and ski back through the village with a short walk back.

This top floor unit is quiet, well appointed for your convenience, and includes parking. Our home is your home so please come and enjoy!

Conveniently located, you can ski out right to the Hawk Chair or the Magic Carpet. Coming home, ride to Foster’s and walk across the street back to the building (maybe 150m). There’s a ski locker available for you to store your gear.

In suite washer, fully equipped kitchen, and fireplace make this place just like home for your stay.

A few things to note...

Kitchen :

While the kitchen may have a few condiments available (feel free to use them), they are not regularly replenished so please do bring with you any foods and spices that you may need during your stay. It’s stocked with glasses, flatware and cutlery to feed at least 8.

Bedding & Towels:

We do provide comforters and pillows, however, we ask that you bring your own linens - both fitted and flat sheets, as well as pillow cases and any kitchen or bath towels that you may need for your stay. King sheets easily fit the Queen beds, Queen sheets easily fit the doubles, and double sheets easily fit the single beds if you don't have the same size sheets as our beds. Bed arrangements are as follows:

Master Bedroom - Queen bed
2nd Bedroom - Queen bed
3rd Bedroom - Two bunk beds - each with a Double on the bottom and Single on top

Parking:

We do have one spot in parkade #1 available for your use. Please park only in the spot provided. Outdoor parking is also available.

Garbage, Recycling, Cleaning:

Please take all garbage and recyclables to the designated bins in Parkade #1.

Family friendly

We had a great time with our brother and his family. Easy ski in an ski out property with enough room for us all. The hosts were super easy to communicate with.

Perfect location, very accommodating

Sarah was very accommodating to our Snowboarding teams changing needs and plans, the place was perfect for them, it had everything they needed plus great views and underground parking. Thanks so much for having us!

Mini vacation

Our stay at this mountain condo was very restful and relaxing. We went for hiking that didn’t disappoint nor did the accommodation. The kitchen was well equipped and the barbecue was a nice bonus. Should we do it again this rental will certainly be on the top of the list.

The ski slope was easy to ski to but quite a hike uphill to come home. On the second day we found an easier way home. The place was spacious for our family, clean and comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because there was 1 toilet roll in each bathroom and I found 2 rolls in a vanity with very little paper on the roll. There were 7 of us, 5 using the same bathroom! That would have done for the 3 days except there was no Kleenex so had to use toilet paper for runny noses. Also, in the kitchen, there was no plastic wrap to wrap the sandwiches we made nor tin foil. We didn’t mind bringing our own linens or towels. All in all, we had a great time.

100% recommend

This is a great place to stay. A little out of the way but the view makes up for it. There was a small issue when we first arrived but the owners were very quick to respond and rectify the situation. It was really nice for us all to be able to stay in one place as we came from all across the country for my son’s wedding. I would stay here again.

Summertime at Mt Washington

The place was excellent and communication in advance with the owners was great. We did day hikes up the mountain and into Strathcona Park right from the place and loved the location.

Suffient weekend away

The property was sufficient. It was alittle odd we had such a high cleaning fee when we had to bring all our own linens. Spacious and met our needs.

Family ski trip

The property was perfect for our family of 4 - lots of extra space. Ski in and close to ski out (short walk home). The place was just as advertised with easy to follow directions. A tip if you are getting lift tickets for skiing - you can’t get these from the bottom of the Hawk Chair so you will need to pick these up from the main lodge before you start your day (at least we did).

Big condo

Nice property, good location, sleeps 8 very comfortably. Felt a bit strange having to bring linens for so many, considering the price. Also felt like I was in someone else’s home, which perhaps some might like.

Everything you need

We had a wonderful time at Sarah and Stan’s condo at Blueberry Hill. The 3rd floor condo has a beautiful view of Mt. Washington and the unit is equipped with everything you need to have a great time on the mountain. Sarah was very responsive and a great host. Thanks for hosting our family!

Mens Golf Getaway

This property served very well as a base for 4 gents from Alberta on a 5-day golf getaway. Fortunately the weather difference down at the golf courses was warmer than up on Mt Washington!

Perfect location in a great condo!

We've stayed at Mt. Washington several times and this was by far the best location. Easy to ski in and out and parking close to the condo! The condo itself is very well equipped with everything we needed for the people in our bubble. Communication with Sarah was super easy and quick. I would definitely stay here again!!

This is the perfect get away. You will not be disappointed. There was not much snow when we were there but it was still a blast! Stan and Sarah have excellent communication skills so any questions you have are answered immediately.I highly recommend this beautiful spot.
