2 Bedroom, walk on waterfront cottage, fully furnished, open floor plan, hot tub, parking, BBQ, year round accommodation located 10 minutes from the Comox Airport and 15 minutes from downtown Courtenay and Comox shopping. Built in 2012, modern, with TV, DVD, internet and wi-fi. Watch the ocean from the front patio with cruise ships passing by and all the wildlife the Comox Valley has to offer. Bates Beach is close by with boat rentals, boat launch and fishing opportunities. Mount Washington ski and recreation resort is 45 minutes away. Centrally located on Vancouver Island in the heart of recreation and culture with many possibilities close at hand.
The cottage also offers full laundry facilities, outside shower, wood burning fireplace/stove, the ocean facing bedroom has one queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. patio furniture and a kitchen with all appliances and utensils necessary to make your stay a pleasant one.
PLEASE NOTE base rental rate quoted is for 2 guests. There is an additional charge for each guest (including children) beyond 2.

Another stay at this wonderful peaceful oasis. A great cottage with all the amenities one could want in a very quiet setting. We have been fortunate to visit several times. Watch for the seals and otters that come to the bay on the incoming tide!

lovely oceanside with hottub retreat

This was such a nice little cottage - out of the way, quiet, private (I think we happened to be the only ones on the property for the most part), well appointed, clean, and the hot tub was great.

We had a great peaceful, relaxing vacation at the cottage. It’s so well appointed and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The directions, check-in and communication with our host were excellent. The oceanfront view is amazing. We were lucky enough to see whales, seals and many lovely birds. We were very fortunate the weather was beautiful for exploring the Comox area.

Perfect place to recharge

Spent 4 nights here and this location is unbelievable. Right at the water! We watched all kinds of wildlife from the hot tub, spent tons of time on our paddleboards with easy water access Quiet and honestly just amazing.

Comox Family Connection

The view was amazing! When the tide is out there are great patches of sand to enjoy with the kids. We had family from Comox come to visit who didn't even know this little gem exited.

Quiet get away

We stayed here during our winter break. The cabin was cozy and impeccably clean. The view was incredible and we really enjoyed the hot tub over looking the beach.

We have lived in the Comox Valley most of our lives and owned this property since the early 1960's. In 2012 the cottage was rebuilt from the foundation up so it is new, modern, comfortable and a great place to relax and unwind. We wanted to share it's beauty.
