This lakeview condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and two flatscreen cable TVs. There is a private balcony with beautiful views where you can enjoy the sunshine. Here at Las Palmas, you'll be mere steps from the complex's outdoor pool, community barbecue and seating, and approximately a quarter-mile up the road from a public access point to the white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico. There are two covered parking spots.

This condo is perfect for any outdoor enthusiasts because of its close proximity to sport-fishing, parasailing, zip-lining, jet skiing, diving and so much more! Throw on a bathing suit and walk to the gulf-front beach public access point just down West Beach Boulevard. During the summer months, The Hangout Festival brings together tons of music for the connoisseur of any genre. Nearby there are many kid-friendly activities such as The Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, mini golf courses, and go-kart racing.

Family vacation

Check in was easy. I would have liked to had a text when it was ready so we didn’t have to wait for several hours. It was clean and homey.

Great time

We loved the property. Close to everything but far enough you can enjoy some quiet. Nice pool area and grilling area. Had everything we needed in the unit. Kitchen was stocked and the beds were comfortable. The only concern was trying to figure out the main room TV, but who needs TV on vacation.

The condo

The condo was really dirty, the master bedrooms sheets didn’t fit the bed, the floors were nasty, need lightbulbs, the coffee pot leaks, the kitchen table was stained. . The balcony is way to small, won’t stay again

Spring in December

We had fabulous weather for December and New Year’s Eve/day~ 79-80* ! The condo was cute and clean. Beds were nice and comfortable so was the small sectional sofa! My daughter and I sat out on the balcony daily we even sat by the pool for an afternoon and at the beach other days.

Could have been better

I'll start by saying we've stayed in worse, but considering what we payed for 2 nights this one could have been a lot better. First, there should be a better description of the location in relation to the beach. Unless you use the private access of the hotel or condos across the street you'll need to drive to a public beach. Second, the condo could use a new cleaning staff or they could use a vacation themselves. The master bath had hair all over the baseboards, it was dusty, there was mold around the a/c vent like the other renter mentioned and the exhaust vent was falling out of the ceiling, and the dresser hadn't been wiped off. I didn't even look at the other bathroom. When we got there the kitchen faucet was out of order and the water turned off. The ice maker had been turned off and I didn't realize there was a button on the inside on the top of the freezer to turn it on. When you have so much turnover it seems silky to turn it off. We had to flip the switch on the fan in the kids room because it was turning the wrong way and ridiculously hot in there (I realize that's not a normal thing, but still aggravating). The sink got fixed day 2, mtnce came and went without us knowing or any notice while we were gone. A heads up would have been nice. All in all it's a cute place, could be a great place to stay with a couple of tweaks. Sad thing is, the same complaints were made before. Too expensive for the same things to keep happening.

Excellent place!

Absolutely loved staying here! Having a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms was great for our family of 6! Walking distance to the beach made it perfect not having to ge wet and sandy in the car. Having a pool was super nice too! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

First Time at Gulf Shores

This condo was all we were led to believe. Clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed and priced affordable. We would stay here again for sure. Parking is close and covered. My only concern would be for someone who cannot handle stairs. We can and enjoyed not having to wait for an elevator.

Perfect for our family!

Our family of four loved this little condo. We enjoyed the location and were pleased how clean it was. The balcony over looks a water area perfect for your morning coffee!

The condo itself was pretty nice. My suggestion for improvement is to provide more toiletries and such. We were provided with ONE roll of toilet paper per bathroom which does not suffice for a 2 night stay for 2 families. We had to go buy more toilet paper and when I'm paying $275/ night (which is what we paid by the time you added all the fees and such) I don't want to have to go buy my own basics. It was that way for everything... No coffee provided (even the cheapest hotels provide coffee). Also, when I pay that much extra for a cleaning fee don't leave me a list of chores like washing dishes and emptying the trash. I also didn't like that you had to pay to use the washer/ dryer. When you're on the beach you need to wash wet clothes, and again that should be included for the price you pay. I guess I'd sum it up by saying decent condo, but cheap ownership.

Great Stay!

Check in was very easy. The property is across the street from the beach, less than a block away from public beach access where you can pay to park your car all day. About a 2 min drive. Has a small grocery and coffee shop beside it as well which was very nice. My only complaint is the bedding was a bit uncomfortable, you only get one small quilt/blanket thing per bed. I recommend bringing some extra blankets and pillows. Other than that, great! We really enjoyed our stay. As long as you don’t mind a small walk/drive to the beach, this place is amazing.

Great place overall

Easy process. Got a code for the room via email. Didn’t have to check in or out. Only thing I would check into, as the owner, possibly mold around bathroom vent.

Our stay

It was great! This was our second year to stay at Las Palmas. The only real complaint was the beds. They were squeaky and uncomfortable. We stayed in #205 last year, and the beds were amazing. But overall, we loved it and hope to come back.

Our visit was good!

This room was well taken care of, bright and inviting it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would recommend it to friends. The only thing that was not good was the beach access, we had to walk a ways to get back and forth.
