Enjoy ocean and beach views from this 2 bedroom condo - Gold Standard Approved

Just steps to the pool, beach and ocean, this first floor condominium offers two bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite has a king bed with en-suite bath, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. Relax and enjoy the views from your spacious patio with plenty of seating. Authentic local hardwoods throughout the condo provide a comfortable decor.

Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

Our 2nd time staying at this property and will definitely be back. The property and the property managers were excellent. Brittany and Mike were on top of everything from check-in to checkout and everthing in between. The place was clean and well stocked with needed items.

Trip to San Pedro

A trip of a lifetime

Brittany and Mike. I cannot express how happy we were with their friendly smiles and their attentiveness to our needs to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From booking to checkout was extremely easy and flawless. Brittany and Mike took care of everything during our stay. We recommend that if you need anything such as, soft drinks to alcohol products and everything in between, get your things through them due to the extremely high prices on the island. We will definitely stay with them again when we return. The pictures are of the property of which we stayed. Highly recommended!!!

Great location

It’s a small island but it was still conveniently located in the middle. Short distance to and from the water taxi dock, yet lay back <25min drive to secret beach. Brittany was on top of things from beginning to end and amenities esp the washer/dryer is absolutely a plus. Definitely great choice for us!

Another great stay at The Landings

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again at The Landings. Property management is fabulous. The location just north of the bridge is close to everything but the property still feels quiet. The property is within short walking distance to one of the groceries, which is handy. The unit had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the separate AC units for the bedrooms and the living room, which allowed everyone to sleep to their comfort. The kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely return!

Island getaway

Condo was very nice and close to town with a golf cart. The pool was cleaned every morning and the beach as well. Kitchen was well stocked but no dishwasher.

Great! Very Clean!

We travel a lot and this was the cleanest I have ever been in! Down to every small detail! We loved ground floor, steps to the pool. Surrounding area was great. Lots of food options close by. Furnishings are a bit out dated but very comfortable. Brittany and Mike go above and beyond from airport pick up, to drop off and check in and luggage assistance. Highly recommend!

From our first email contact, to our last hug goodbye, Kimberly and Chad were amazing. I have never had property managers do so much in all of my travels. Can't imagine anybody having any regrets with this booking.

Great Home, Wonderful Location

Stayed here with my husband and 5 year old. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The pool was extremely clean and we loved hanging out at the little beach area as well. The Tres Cocos bar (just steps away from the condo) was a gem and the staff were so nice to our daughter. The owners of the property are very friendly and extremely responsive. We loved having a washer/dryer as well. Make sure you go to the Farmhouse for coffee/croissants-easily walkable. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved absolutely everything about staying at The Landings at Tres Cocos!! Most of all, Brittany and Mike were incredibly hospitable. They took care of our every need and were so friendly. From airport transportation including a quick tour of the town to booking our local flights and golf cart as well as our excursions…it made for a very relaxing week for our family. The property was nice and quiet with a perfect size pool for our 8 year old to play. Our condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would most definitely recommend this property, condo, and location, and we are likely to revisit during our next vacation to San Pedro.

1 week fabulous stay

Amazing stay at the landings. Kimberly made everything so stress free. From the booking to the pick up and check in. Our golf cart was waiting for us all we had to do was get on and go. Our Condo was perfect. Ground level ocean view. Loved it! We could not ask for more of an an amazing hosts. Thank you Kimberly and Chad. We will be back for sure.

My Belize Home away From Home

Just WOW! Brittany kept in touch with me from the time I booked up until the night before we checked out. We thank you! The place is amazing! Great location…away from the loud bars and nightlife…but just a short golf cart ride away if that’s your thing. Thank you Mike for the prompt response to the hot water issue…which ended up not being an issue at all. One flip of a switch and we had hot water. We will be back!

Amazing Getaway

This was a top notch choice for a family get away! The place was in a great location and getting around was a breeze. Close to everything. The condo was clean, modern, and had all the basics needed to live comfortably in a home away from home. The best for last, the customer service!! Brittany and Mike were fantastic hosts. They greeted us at the airport, got us settled in and were very easy to connect with. They had fabulous food recommendations! Plus the tours they arranged on our behalf met our expectations. We will not hesitate to return!

A great introduction to Ambergris Caye!

The reviews are spot on! Brittany and Mike go out of their way to make sure that you have what you need, on time, and without any hassle. As you plan your travel to Ambergris Caye and once you are on the island Brittany will make sure that you understand the process and that you have all of the necessary information. The property is lovely. It's easy to spend a day at the pool or beach onsite, and Brittany will help you find excursions to enjoy the amazing water and wildlife around Ambergris. If you are a nature lover then you will enjoy the large manta and eagle rays that swim around the dock. We were thrilled to watch the sunrise from the dock and see rays jumping out of the water. Overall, I can't imagine a better introduction to Ambergris Caye than the one provided by Brittany and Mike at Bermuda Beach!

A Fantastic Rental!

Our experience with the property and the owners was completely positive. The property was as-described (well-appointed/supplied, and very nice and clean), and the helpfulness and friendliness of Kimberly and Chad exceeded our expectations at every level. From meeting us at the airport to assist us in the golf cart rental and luggage transfer, to supplying spot-on recommendations for restaurants, to helping us transport our luggage back to the airport at the end of our stay, things couldn't have gone smoother or easier. They have spoiled our expectations for all other destination properties that we may stay at in the future. The rental included a generous supply of towels and toiletries, and replenishments were just a text/phone call away. KImberly and Chad also offered to stock the refrigerator with bottled water and soda for very reasonable cost, and this was much appreciated, Beer is also available. A 5 gallon container of fresh water was promptly refilled after we had emptied it. A washer/dryer combo within the unit allowed us to minimize the amount of clothing that we packed for a week. This was very nice, and something that we always look for in a rental. The unit includes a large flat-screen TV and DVD player, along with a selection of DVD's. but we never turned the TV on during our stay. A selection of books was also in the unit, in case you forgot to bring some reading material (or finished the one you brought sooner than expected!). The beach and pool areas were very nice and well-kept, with daily grooming and cleaning activities noted. The resident iguanas and woodpeckers provided added entertainment value. Kimberly and Chad have a good relationship with a local dive shop (Chuck & Robbies), which we utilized during our stay. They will come over and pick you up from the property dock, and were always prompt, reliable, and safe. They will even bill your dive activities through KImberly and Chad, so that you just have one final invoice to pay at the end of your stay. We will definitely utilize this property for any future visits to Belize!

Girl’s Trip

Chad and Kim were great! Great communication and they were so helpful with everything. I would definitely stay here again. It is close to everything, but still a quiet area to chill.

Spring Break Getaway

This property was just what we were looking for! Kimberly was extremely responsive, had several suggestions of things to do, places to check out and helped us secure a golf cart for a day trip. Our condo was just steps away from the pool, a short walk to Coco Loco bar, and very easy access to walk to town for dinner. The condo had many useful appliances and cooking items, as well as sunscreen and meds, and extremely clean ( which is a big deal for me). I have already recommended this location to friends and would 100% book again! Thank you Kimberly!
