Thanks Scott! The vistas from Villa Natalia's double wide veranda of the beach, bay and reef are pretty spectacular. Give me a large mug of Ox Mul dark roast at sunrise and I'm pretty much in Heaven!! Hope you had some great dives, best time of year for diving.

Great location . Super helpful host and management company. They made the trip so easy with pickup from ferry on arrival and drop off to airport for departure. Extremely responsive. Lovely condo with three bedrooms and three baths worked great for our group. Absolutely loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Natalia in San Pedro. We had plenty of room for us 2 couples and the location was great! We made memories of a lifetime and will definitely be back to visit Belize again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Natalia.Away from town but close enough for a short golf cart ride. It was super close to the water and the Palapa was one of the highlights. We spent quite a bit of time sunning and swimming. The house was clean and comfortable. We would stay again!

The accommodations were amazing. The management company took such great care of us the entire trip and well before. They secured a golf cart for us to use for the trip, gave us recommendations for fishing/snorkling trips, checked in with us before the trip and during to ensure everything was going well.

Thank you Amy! Mary and staff are amazing aren't they?She's our on island "fixer"!! So glad you enjoyed Villa Natalia. South Ambergris Caye, in our opinion, is simply the best area of the island to stay. Much more convivial, laid back and less frenetic than town or up north over the bridge. You can head in to town, or farther north over the bridge, and emerse yourself in as much of those island scenes & vibes as you want/can handle, then a short cart back south (over our newly paved main road!!) to stars and the sounds of the reef from our dock. Please come again we'll take good care of you! Ciao! George

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was set up well and communication with property management was easy. There were a couple of times we needed things and they responded promptly. We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Natalia. The place was clean and spacious. We were six people two couples and my two teenage sons. We really appreciated the cleaning services every three days. This place accommodated us perfectly. The pool was very nice and relaxing. There’s a small grocery store close and that saved trips into town. Although the place is a few miles out of town the restaurant Toast was nice and reasonably priced. We appreciate the owners hospitality and the courtesy transport to and from the airport.

Thank you Sarah. Jody and I agree. It's one of the best "amenities" Villa Natalia has to offer! Not too far from town center just far enough south where the stars twinkle brightly without the towns lights washing them out and the sounds of the waves off the reef are so soothing at night.

Everything was amazing! The place was beautiful and spacious. Large porch overlooking the pool/ocean was nice. You can snorkel right off the dock!

We had a wonderful stay! The beach is beautiful and the docks are peaceful! The kids had fun exploring the beach life and swimming in the pool! We will definitely be back!

Great location just south of San Pedro so a bit peaceful but still easy to get into town and enjoy everything. The owner and mgmt company were GREAT to work with. The unit is in great shape and large. There's a lot of furniture in the unit which can make it feel a bit cramped but just an opinion. The only thing to improve would be more loungers in the sandy area near the pool area for sunbathing/reading/whatever. There were only 3. Around the pool there are plenty of loungers. We recommend this condo and would stay here again ourselves. There are tons of fish to see at the end of the pier when snorkeling.

Great stay

We spent 4 nights here and the owner was very thorough with his communication and help. the management company was also very helpful and they arranged pickup and drop-off.

Villa Natalia is EVERYTHING described and more! Perfect layout and use of space, beautiful views, fantastic dock, and quiet but close to town location. We loved every minute there and would definitely go back!!

This was one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. First, George was outstanding. He was incredibly communicative, responsive, and helpful from booking through departure. He provided recommendations for golf cart rentals, excursions, restaurants, and anything else we needed to make the most of our stay.The villa itself is beautifully decorated, blending local and international pieces that perfectly capture the Caribbean atmosphere. I especially loved the Day of the Dead artwork and diorama, while my wife loved the drums. The unit was exceptionally clean and felt like a relaxing oasis after long days exploring the island. The waterfront views are spectacular.My kids loved the upstairs bedroom, quickly nicknaming it "the treehouse." Another thoughtful touch was the five-gallon water dispenser, which saves both money & plastic waste compared to constantly buying bottled water.Caye Management was excellent, making arrival and departure seamless. They coordinated our transportation to and from the water taxi and ensured we had plenty of time to catch our flight. The dock deserves special mention. It extends beyond the sargassum into clear water, making swimming and snorkeling easy. In the evenings, my wife and I would relax there watching tarpon cruise beneath us, creating what felt like a private outdoor aquarium. As an avid fisherman, I also enjoyed catching fish from the dock in the early morning.Overall, we had an amazing experience and fully intend to return.

Great property! So nice to be away from the town center!

This was perfect for our stay. We so appreciated the location outside of the main hustle and bustle. Everything was clean and functional, and the master bedroom was simply beautiful.

Place was not far from shopping and restaurants, but far enough from the party scene. Very quiet and peaceful.

The condo was very nice, great furnishings and very comfortable. Great location just south of town.

I think many of our guests appreciate the fact they're not contending with a huge "resort" style complex and the issues that arise from those but rather staying in a small neighborhood right on the beach.
