Beautiful Ocean View Condo with two bedrooms - Gold Standard Approved

Enjoy the incredible views of the pool, beach and ocean from your private patio in this two bedroom, two bathroom condo. Comfortably decorated and located on the second floor, the master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom and additional access directly to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.

Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

Brittany and Mike were excellent, gave us lots of information about the local hot spots and tours. The apartment was perfect for two couples - both bedrooms had great ensuites and AC units, a nice patio big enough for four people and a great little kitchen. The pool was lovely and the building cats were a big hit!

Perfect stay

Communication was excellent and Brittany and Mike did a great job coordinating excursions, Tropic Air flights and golf cart rental. Highly recommend the Searious snorkeling excursions!

Great location for vacation

Kimberly & Chad we’re very knowledgeable and helpful planning our visit to Belize. Their property is a little north of town, providing a great base to explore the serene north side of the island or quickly pop into town for supplies or shopping.

Excellent place to stay

Wonderful location, great communication, lovely view, had everything needed for cooking our own meals. Property was clean, great staff and really nice pool area. We really enjoyed staying there and would stay again! Hated to leave it and go home.

Wonderful stay in Belize!

The property was very clean and well maintained with beautiful view on the water. The highlight was the team managing the place, in particular Brittany who was so helpful with organizing tours for us, flights to the island and welcoming us. Thank you Landings at Tres Cocos team. Retirement Vacation

Great stay.

My son and I stayed here for a week of scuba diving. Most importantly, Kimberly and Chad are OUTSTANDING property managers and make the entire vacation rental process as easy as pie from meeting you at the airport through checking you in to your departing flights and seeing you off. The property was clean and there were no surprises - very comfortable for up to four people.

Great condo very close to bridge

The condo was perfect for two couples. The place was well stocked (kitchen and bathroom), the location worked really well for us (just a short walk over the bridge to the main San Pedro beach area), there was a grocery store right next door, and communicating with the owners was excellent. We would definitely book here again.

Great location and stay!!

My family and I had an amazing time! This apartment was clean, conveniently located, and looked exactly like the photos. I appreciated that the apartment is tucked away from the busyness of the golf carts and the city, but still very convenient to everything. Kimberly and Brittany were both responsive and very helpful, with the check-in process and for planning excursions/activities once we arrived. The pool and the view were an added bonus, and our kids (9 & 3) enjoyed the afternoon swims overlooking the ocean. We had an AMAZING time and stay and would highly recommend staying here. Don't question it, just book it :)

Guys Trip!!

My sons and I spent 4 nights at The Landings in March. I did a little bit of research on the reviews that people has left before booking the property. The main theme I kept coming across was how nice and helpful Mike and Brittany and other hosts were. I have to say their level of professionalism and kindness lived up to the hype in the reviews. The concierge service of picking us up from the airport and showing us the way to the property and taking us back to the airport was top notch. The property itself was clean and lived up to the pictures that were on the website. All in all our little getaway to San Pedro was successful, and Mike and Brittany made it even better than expected.

Our stay at the ocean view condo in San Pedro was nothing short of exceptional. The property manager's outstanding service deserves a special mention—responsive, gracious, and incredibly knowledgeable, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. The condo itself, with its beautiful pool and quiet yet convenient location just outside of town, offered the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility. We relished the stunning ocean views and the easy walks to local bars and restaurants. Every aspect, from the rapid assistance with a minor toilet repair to the seamless organization of our excursions and flights, was handled with professionalism and warmth. In essence, our visit was a seamless blend of comfort, beauty, and superb management. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and grateful for such a memorable vacation.

January in Belize

The condominium was perfect for our stay. It is nicely located close to the bridge with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The condo itself had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, the bedrooms each have a nice bathroom, and the furniture is comfortable. The place was also very clean when we checked in. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The beginning tour with Kimberly provided great information. While we did not use it often, they provide a cell phone for the week to make it easy to contact them and make plans on the island. They also will arrange everything from flights from Belize City to the island to golf cart rental. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo and the staff.

Fantastic property!

Absolutely loved our stay here at Tres Cocos! Our family of four stayed here for 9 days and we absolutely loved it. Mike and Brittany were incredible hosts. They made everything so easy, from picking us up at the airport and getting baggage transferred to the condo as well as always having great tips for where to eat out. Truly a strength of this place is the team that is there to help you book trips and give advice on just about anything you could need. They give you a little cell phone to call them with should you need anything but they’re also always on the premises so never difficult to reach at all. The place itself was so clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Being set back from the main road a little bit made it so nice and quiet. This place is right on the ocean! The pool at this place is just lovely and we ended up utilizing it way more than we ever usually do when traveling. The five different excursions we were able to book with Brittany’s help were amazing and really made the trip so much fun. I would highly recommend anyone looking to have a nice combination of rest and relaxation along with some fun and adventure to stay here since it really does offer the best of both! Can’t say enough great things about this place or our hosts, Mike and Brittany!

We just stayed a week at The Landings with another couple; everything was fantastic. From the moment we booked, the team was proactive in assisting us with plans & were very responsive to messages. As first time visitors to Belize we appreciated their support in booking flights from Belize City, our golf cart rentals & even stocked our unit with bottled water & beer. The entire property was very clean. Very friendly & hospitable guests. The location is central to the island which made exploring very easy to do. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
