The condo has recently been renovated as of January 2024. Everything is new and beautiful: flooring, cabinets, furniture, appliances.

This 1st floor condo is designed for maximum Florida beauty without the extra cost of a beachfront unit. The end unit has a large screened in lanai right off of the living room and a small balcony attached to the bedroom. The gulf beach is a 2 minute walk from the condo, and the condo has a large heated pool for your enjoyment. Tenants also have access to bayside docks, one boat slip can be reserved for each rental.

The unit has a cozy and comfortable living room with a sofa and 2 arm chairs. Guests can relax inside or outside on the lounge chairs. The unit is equipped with wireless internet and cable television.

The condo has 1 spacious bedroom with a king size bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa to allow for up to 4 guests.

This unit is made for maximum relaxation. An outdoor grilling area with picnic tables right next to the water is available for use. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs, including a dishwasher.

For those of you who want a break from cooking, there are several grill/bar restaurants within walking distance from the condo. Most of them offer live band music.

Central air conditioning is provided. Towels and linens are provided.

Englewood Beach is conveniently located between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. It is on gorgeous white sand beaches that are full of activities. Shelling, snorkeling, boating, beach combing and kayaking are some of the activities within minutes of your doorstep. There are numerous and wonderful eateries, golf courses and shopping districts.

There are boat slips which can be reserved for no additional cost on a first come, first serve basis. The boat slips can accommodate a boat up to 23 feet long.
