This lovely accommodation features two beautifully decorated bedrooms:

Master: King bed with 40” TV

Bedroom #2: Queen bed

Huge 55” TV in living room with comfy sofa you can easily sink into for nap or enjoy the HD streaming and high speed wireless package.

The dining area has glass doors that open to the large screened in lanai with a beautiful pool. The backyard is completely fenced in for privacy.

A washer & dryer complete this lovely accommodation.

This is our 5th stay and it was amazing as always!! We have family in the area and we visit at least every other year if not every year and this is always our go to vacation rental. Couldn't ask to a better check in process and the price can't be beat. Thanks Sue, see ya next year.

Super comfortable for a single traveler! The host was very kind and communicative. The house was cute and cozy slightly dated but very well taken care of! I would definitely stay there again. Wish I would’ve found the beach chairs before I went to the beach. The pool was nice and refreshing! Very well stocked and ready for living comfortably. Overall, a great time.

This place was perfect for our spring break trip. The place was just as pictured, the host was easy to communicate with and the location was great for getting to the beach and all kinds of great restaurants.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! The house and location were both perfect. It was so clean and welcoming (it even smelled great!), and the hosts provided so many extras that made our trip easier. Checking in and out was seamless. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had! The home was beautiful and completely stocked with everything needed for a good stay. We loved EVERYTHING and more. Highlights:•The mattresses were the BEST. I’m actually going to have to look into changing mine because we slept so perfectly! •The pool was so nice! We spent the majority of our time in it. •The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a good meal. •The beach goodies were such a relief (chairs, beach cart, towels, sunscreen etc) This place really had it all and we 100% would love to come back again!

Very nice 2 bedroom house, listing is accurate. Great location. Hosts are great quick to respond if anything is needed. This is our 3rd time renting and will rent again when we are in the area.

We've been doing vacation rentals for 15-20 years, and this was our best ever. Perfec location, 10-15 mins to beach but also close to Bradenton, airport, and Sarasota. Nice central location. House was awesome. Perfect for 2 people, would have easily accommodated 4, though any more would be tight. Everything in house was updated, all modern finishes. The pool was a huge bonus, with the covered pool deck being a great place to relax. Next year we'll be looking for this place again to re-rent on VRBO.

The house was great and very clean! We definitely enjoyed swimming in the pool after being at the beach all day. The host was very fast with responding and very kind. The house was very close to shopping and a short drive to the beach. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. I high recommend staying here especially if you have kids the house was perfect for us.

Nice relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our small family. The pool was really nice and the beds were comfortable. We would recommend staying here and would try and book this place for our next stay.

This place was great and convenient to the island. The host were awesome, they let us check in early and extend our stay one more day. Very nice house with a pool that the kids and grandkids loved when they came to visit us. We will be booking again.
