This rental is very nice. Clean, welcoming, stocked with kitchen supplies, and the view of the ocean is beautiful from the living room window and balcony. Also there are coolers, beach chairs, and sand toys stocked in the utility room for use. I highly recommend and if we return to North Myrtle we will definitely book it again. Side note… Just recommend bringing your own umbrella or renting one. There are two in the rental but we had trouble getting them to stay in the sand. Thanks Rick for the communication.

Great condo for pet owners! Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. It’s the best stocked place we’ve stayed - so thoughtful with kitchen supplies and everyday cleaning supplies to make kitchen use a breeze. If you don’t like crowded beaches, this is the place since there isn’t a large condo building nearby with tons of people.Porch with all sorts of chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of toys tops off an awesome unit. Owner, Rick Smith and family were immediately responsive we I had internet connection question.Top rating!Mark Coleman

We arrived later than expected but the property owner was quickly responsive to last minute questions and very accommodating when the property mgmt office was unavailable. We were traveling with a blended family. Having 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and sofa bed was a must. The beds were comfortable and linens were delivered cleanly laundered. The kitchen offered all necessary equipment for cooking for a large family. The central air kept the space comfortable and each room had ceiling fans. Although we brought our own beach chairs there were beach chairs available for our use as well as a beach umbrella, multiple coolers and lots of beach toys for children. The TV has a Roku option and ability to log into your streaming services. The balcony had seating for four as well as two tables for enjoying the beautiful view of the beach/ ocean. Overall a lovely family vacation.
View from the balcony outside of the master bedroom and living room.
Nice beach area. Not crowded as the properties surrounding this were all smaller. No high rises.
