This is one truly adorable guest home that you will not want to miss. It is a block away from the breathtaking beach. Perfectly located 1/2 a mile between the famous Wind n Sea Beach and La Jolla Cove. Come park your car and never have to get back in it! Conveniently located on the Bike Path, great for walks or jogging. A short 1/2 mile from Village for shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The home has been completely remodeled, flat screen TV in the living area and bedroom, a queen size Tempur-Pedic bed, bamboo wood floors in the kitchen and living space, out door heated shower to wash off at when coming back from the beach, washer and dryer and private entrance...No expense was spared. If you want to experience La Jolla this is the place for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint and comfortable property. Easy walk to many shops and restaurants. So close to the beach! John met us when we arrived and was available if we needed anything.

Fantastic stay! Hosts were super friendly and accommodating, and location was perfect - we walked pretty much everywhere! Comfortable and private space with everything we needed for the week - hope to be back!

We absolutely loved our stay and thankful to be so close to the beach! Literally a 2 minute walk for toes in the sand. We parked our Jeep and were able to walk the entire town the whole time we were there. The guest house was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed to make meals when we didn’t feel like going out. WiFi worked great and the house was clean as could be.

Lovely, snug bungalow just a short walk to a real gem of a sandy beach. (Amazing sunsets!) Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Well equipped and nicely decorated. I hope to stay here again!

John’s beach house in La Jolla is probably the best rental house I’ve ever stayed in. It’s beautiful and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The views from the front porch are phenomenal, and the beach is just steps away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and I was able to walk everywhere as I was traveling without a car. I hope to come back again in the future!

Great Stay

This place is really nice, clean and well located. It's a block from the ocean, close to downtown La Jolla and a very charming guesthouse. The owner was also extremely nice/helpful.

Cozy Beach Cottage

Anniversary Getaway

Perfect spot for us

This VRBO is one of the best guesthouses I have stayed in yet. Clean, excellent hosts, perfect location to beach, restaurants, and la Jolla cove. We hope to return again.

Great place

Not only was it just a minute from the beach, but the place was spotless and so comfortable. Great bed and shower, and we really enjoyed having the well outfitted kitchen. John was a welcoming host.

My son and his wife stayed at this property for their honeymoon. They enjoyed their stay very much!

Loved La Jolla

The space is wonderful, with plenty of room for 2 people. The location is perfect, 1 block to a fantastic beach and a couple blocks from great restaurants and shopping.

Adorable and well decorated guest home close to the beach. It was a perfect place to stay for our vacation. Great location, clean, and very comfortable. We will go back for sure!
