This is one truly adorable guest home that you will not want to miss. It is a block away from the breathtaking beach. Perfectly located 1/2 a mile between the famous Wind n Sea Beach and La Jolla Cove. Come park your car and never have to get back in it! Conveniently located on the Bike Path, great for walks or jogging. A short 1/2 mile from Village for shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The home has been completely remodeled, flat screen TV in the living area and bedroom, a queen size Tempur-Pedic bed, bamboo wood floors in the kitchen and living space, out door heated shower to wash off at when coming back from the beach, washer and dryer and private entrance...No expense was spared. If you want to experience La Jolla this is the place for you.

Guest house @ Murphy's

Great stay in spite of being hospitalized for back issue. Property was great location and clean .Right size for 2. The owner John transported around to Dr appointments and to and from the hospital. Great Guy.Highly recommend this place.

Great Stay

This place is really nice, clean and well located. It's a block from the ocean, close to downtown La Jolla and a very charming guesthouse. The owner was also extremely nice/helpful.

Lovely guesthouse in La Jolla

We loved the property and location in a very nice neighborhood, with easy access to the beaches and attractions in San Diego. Property was clean and nicely furnished and bed was comfortable. The only glitch we had was arranging the flow of water in the shower so water didn’t escape while showering. We never had a problem finding street parking at the property. Definitely would recommend!

Great place

Not only was it just a minute from the beach, but the place was spotless and so comfortable. Great bed and shower, and we really enjoyed having the well outfitted kitchen. John was a welcoming host.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

Location cannot be beat! Neighborhood is quiet. We visited several beaches in the area and the beach right next to our VBRO was our favorite. Parking is on the street but we never had trouble finding a spot. The house was clean and well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

This place is a gem in La Jolla. John and his wife are perfect hosts and made us feel so welcome. The place was super clean and welcoming. The views from the front deck during sunset are amazing. We will definitely be looking to book this place again if we come back to the San Diego area.

Would live here permanently if I were single!

Loved this property - one of my all time favorites. Very clean, cozy, really thoughtfully outfitted place . John is really nice and easy to communicate with. If I were single, I could see myself living in a place just like this!

Loved La Jolla

The space is wonderful, with plenty of room for 2 people. The location is perfect, 1 block to a fantastic beach and a couple blocks from great restaurants and shopping.

Cozy and comfortable home

Had a super time at this cosy comfortable and quiet property. Location is great so close to the ocean and easy walking distance to pretty La Jolla. . The place itself is spotless and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a visit. John is a lovely host available to respond to questions but not at all intrusive. Hoping to stay again - highly recommended!

Quiet cottage for two

We found this well-apppinted property perfect for our LaJolla getaway. We appreciated being able to walk everywhere and enjoy sunset just steps away. Highly recommend for couples!

Great getaway!

John is a great host. Always available for questions and suggestions for places to eat or visit. The house was perfect for just us two to stay in. Beautiful area and a short walk to a great beach. Very close to La Jolla Cove, which we absolutely loved. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
