“Sheppards by the Sea” beautiful waterfront home with pool and view

Enjoy your next family or work vacation at this tropical paradise! Great room has ample seating with large dinning table and television (cable and smart.) Bank of windows provides water views of Redfish Canal and Little Bay. Wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes meal preparation a breeze. Four bedrooms and three 1/2 baths. Sleeps 8-10.

Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king size bed with a fold out twin chair and en suite bathroom with shower/tub and double vanity sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the Third bedroom has a queen bed with a small balcony. These bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom with private entries and vanities and shared toilet and tub/shower. The fourth bedroom is downstairs with two twin beds with twin trundles to sleep four (best for children) . A third bathroom serves this room with a shower and Mexican tile sink.

Outside, the landscaping is mature and lush. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the back porch overlooking the water and swimming pool (heater available October through April) with lounges and grill area. Large deck area perfect for playing corn hole (provided) or sunbathing. Canal ladder, two kayaks, pool toys and and life vests available for your enjoyment

Great get away!

Great place with a great location. Three day get away with another couple. Great vibe very comfortable. Perfect for paddle boarding or boating. Highly recommend it!

Rockport 2024

This home was perfect for our family vacation. We had everything we needed. Plenty of space and seating inside and out. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will be back for sure!

AMAZINGGG STAY!!!!

We had the best time staying at Sheppards By The Sea! Cynthia was such a sweet host and made sure if we needed anything just to let her know. We felt very welcome and the house was perfect for our family trip. We will definitely be returning!

Coffee with the dolphins

We seen dolphins in Little bay every morning and a few times in the evening. The house was everything it says it is and more. There were no life jackets for the kayaks. A quick trip to Walmart however remedied that. We fished a lot and caught a wide variety of fish. All in all it was a wonderful home, beautiful and comfortable.

The house is located perfectly at the end of a canal overlooking the ski basin. You have everything needed for a great trip.

The Rockport House

The house was beautiful the location aswell .Of course the had life jackets that were missing so I couldn't go canoeing. Some of the items in the house need fixing .But for the most part it was amazing. The house was very cold and comfy..

Sheppards by the Sea is a fantastic property. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

This property is exactly the way it was described. The house is very clean, every bed is comfortable, and it is well stocked with supplies. We ate almost every meal at the house. Cindy communicated promptly for checking in and offered her availability if needed. The pool was nice and clean and the view of Little Bay was awesome. We were very happy with this house and look forward to coming back.

Had a great time in this awesome place!!!! Great location! Our family enjoyed this awesome house.

The whole area was perfect. We rented wave-runners for a whole day and paddle boards. Loved the pool and bay access!!

Fun by the Sea

My family has been going to Shepard’s by the Sea for the last 3 years and we always have a great time. There is so much room. We love being in the pool and sitting outside on the patio watching the boats go down the canals.

Family Get-Away

This property is perfect- I have stayed here a few times and will keep coming back. Such a nice retreat from busy everyday life. The hosts are incredible and do a great job of communicating. Looking forward to next time!

Wonderful on the water home

The house was so beautiful and had plenty of stuff such as paper towels, cookware, towels, washcloths, beach towels, air conditioner was amazing, one of our favorite things was fishing off the back dock. Able to catch lots of fish. The pool was nice each night to relax and unwind, the kayaks were fun also. Everything was just a short drive such as walmart, HEB, restaurants. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back.
