Enjoy the perfect Orange Beach getaway at Emerald Key 202—a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo on the 2nd floor that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Ideally positioned on the sugar-white sands and just a short walk to local restaurants, grocery stores, and shops, this condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Inside, you'll find 1,302 sq. ft. of inviting living space, including a fully stocked kitchen for preparing your favorite meals when you're not enjoying the nearby dining options. The bright living room features floor-to-ceiling balcony doors that fill the space with natural light and offer stunning Gulf views—perfect for morning coffee or sunset wine.

The primary suite includes private balcony access with breathtaking beachfront views. The first guest bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for convenient guest use. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide added comfort and convenience.

With restaurants and grocery stores just across the street—and only 18 units in the building—you'll appreciate the quiet atmosphere, easy beach access, and no long elevator waits.

The Emerald Key complex features a beachfront outdoor pool, a private boardwalk to the beach, and a convenient grilling area.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed + private bathroom access + private balcony access
- Guest Bedroom 1: Two full beds + semi-private bathroom access
- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Living Room: Full sleeper sofa

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Must be signed before check-in information is released.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Booking was easy with great communication with the leasing agents. The condo owner needs to do some maintenance on the condo so that is why I could not give my stay 5 stars.

Great condo, great location

Condo was clean and updated. Building had low traffic and was very quiet. Our kids loved the pool, and we usually had it to ourselves. Location was perfect; walkable to the grocery store, gas station, liquor store, ice cream parlor, restaurants, souvenir shops, and most importantly, Starbucks. Beach was awesome, and being able to rent an umbrella and chairs for the week made setting up for each day much easier. We love Orange Beach, and we loved this condo. Highly recommend!

From the condo to the communications with the rental agency ... everything was perfect! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. If I had a question, the rental agency was quick to respond. I will definitely be staying here again.

Winter Getaway

Just a short winter getaway to do a little shopping before Christmas. Excellent location that is very convenient to everything. Smaller condo so you don’t have to fight for parking. This was our second stay and we will be back again.

Orange beach family vacation condo

The property was very spacious, nicely updated and decorated, and conveniently located. The view from the room was incredible. We enjoyed the smaller building with fewer rentals so the beach wasn’t as crowded. We would definitely stay again!

Mother Daughter trip

The perfect place to enjoy the beach, sun, relaxation. The condo is beautiful, perfect spot on a gorgeous beach. We watched the dolphins from the balcony. Can't wait to visit again soon.

Winter Get Away

A perfect break from the Indiana weather. Condo was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. 50 yards from the white sandy beach. Beautiful ocean virw from the comfortable chairs on the balcony. Best sleep I had in a long time. Maybe it was the ocean at night or the comfy mattress. I woukd definitely stay at this property again.

Great place and stay!

The check-in was easy, as so was the check-out. Overall, the propriety was very clean and the description online was spot on. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to rent out this condo next year!

Family Vacation

Condo was so nice and perfect for our family vacation. The only complaint I had was when needing to ask some questions we kept reaching an answering service even during business hours and neither time were our questions answered because the answering service did not know the answers.

Alabama 2023

Its a nice size for a family, we enjoyed it, just a couple things I didnt like, on the king size bed I found long hairs of the previous person, I believe at least the sheets and pillow cases should have been change, and the washer has marks of mold around the seal, the fridge had also mold around the ice/water dispenser, but I cleaned it as best I could, to be able to enjoy my stay.
