Great beach view and beautiful beach. Communication with host and check in was easy but check in time is at 5:00 :(House needs a deep, detailed cleaning.

This was a nice place. Pretty clean, though one bed had some crumbs on it. It was a bunk bed, so it would have been easy to miss. Didn't smell bed. Kitchen was clean and appropriately stocked. Would like to see the back yard/fire pit area cleaned up a bit and the stairs to the beach were very mildly scary but stable.

This house is adorable! Loved the bright colors and the decor, the duck duck goose art above the stairs was a giggle, great use of space. The location and immediate access to coast is one of the best!! The kitchen was well stocked, including blender, crockpot, anything needed the house had it. It did throw us off that there was no TV in the living room, but the master bedroom is large enough to have everyone in to watch a movie. Would love to see the horseshoe pits cleaned up to be able to use. The house is in need of a deep cleaning, including the furniture and pillows, paint touch up. One bathroom was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The hot tub was nice, but the Jets pressure is very low. The water damaged ceiling repair should be taking care of soon and the main bathroom toilet being wobbly could be a sign of bigger issues. The stairs need rails. It’s a great place, sad to see it be let go. Would love to return if some tlc is given to the home.

Nice spot with great beach access. It’s not great for folks with mobility challenges or small children- we had countless trips and falls given uneven floors, awkward steps, and lack of railings on indoor stairs and the path up to the deck. Had seen this noted in recent reviews; the host recently replied “the issues have been addressed” or something similar but they told me they had simply passed the message to the owner and that was all. Unfortunately made for a stressful trip for us, so sharing if others may have similar concerns for folks in their party.

We had a wonderful family trip and really enjoyed being together at the ocean. The house is in a quiet, private setting with beautiful ocean views from the living room, dining area and breakfast table. The kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils, and we appreciated having lots of towels, good Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and the hot tub. The Belgian waffle maker was a fun surprise—bring waffle ingredients! The management company was also very responsive whenever we contacted them.There are a few things I wish I had understood more clearly before booking. The house is more rustic and showing its age more than I expected from the photos, and some areas could have been more thoroughly cleaned.More importantly, anyone booking with older family members or mobility concerns should be aware of the layout. There are three steps inside the house that have to be navigated regularly. The private beach access is lovely for anyone comfortable with steep stairs, and the beach itself was beautiful and uncrowded. However, the photos show the easier upper portion of the beach stairs and not the much steeper, deeper lower section, where there is currently no handrail. My mother had recently had a knee replacement and was unable to use the beach access at all.The upstairs sleeping arrangement is also important to understand. One of the beds is on an open landing rather than in a private bedroom. There is no door separating that sleeping area from the sta

The house was cute but pictures were decieving of how much room there was. Dishwasher did not drain completely. The view was amazing and beach was great. Overall it was a great place to stay but I don't think my family will stay there again

The host was helpful when we couldn't find the property got us dialed in. The pin we had brought us in next door through an RV Park. He was helpful to get us lined out

Our family had a wonderful few days at this house. The view was beautiful, and the hot tub was a huge hit with the kids! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, making it easy to prepare meals for our family.The home does show its age and could benefit from some updates. The main bathroom toilet felt quite wobbly, and there were soft spots in the upstairs flooring along with a noticeable crack in the ceiling.One thing future guests should be aware of is accessibility. We traveled with my mother, who is in her 80s, and the interior stairs do not have a handrail, which made them feel unsafe. The stairs leading down to the water were also quite steep and challenging for her, as well as for a pregnant member of our family.It’s also worth noting that there is little to no cell service at the property. While Wi-Fi is available, it wasn’t reliable enough for work-related video meetings, and I ended up having to cancel a few meetings I had planned to attend during our stay.Overall, we enjoyed our time here. The location and views are fantastic, and with a little maintenance and updating, this property could be an amazing place to stay.

Very well organized perfect great staff to get you checked in and answer any questions. Perfect house you can hear the ocean’s gentle sounds as you sleep. I would definitely recommend this for anyone to stay.

On the plus side, the ocean-side location and the quirky, cheerful colorful furnishings were perfect. The well equipped kitchen had an excellent waffle iron, and great griddle.However, we found a rolled-up soiled diaper beneath a bed. A large painting propped on the sliding door to the laundry room wasn't secured to the wall, so it fell down and hit one of us on the head, hard! The bottom fell out of one of the kitchen tableware drawers so we spent time repairing it. But the biggest issue is the "bedroom" layout! The room downstairs with the two twins, is really a large closet--it has no window or ventilation at all. One of the upstairs rooms is a walk-through to the larger one. We moved the screen up from the laundry room for a bit of privacy but it was still weird. There was no bathroom upstairs and the stairway is tiny, with a low ceiling, as if to an attic. Only a child would manage not to bump their head on the way downstairs. The oddly placed, framed pictures on the ceiling of the stairway made it even shorter.The dishwasher worked fine. The hot tub was hot but we never used it. There's a huge stash of old movies in the media cupboard but no way to play them.Our group of three couples was happy to be spending time together so we still had a good time. We did a lot of cooking and eating so, thank goodness for the kitchen. But we won't be going back to that house next year.
