This gorgeous three-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is located in the center of the Warehouse District of New Orleans. Our spacious condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably and is in the renovated Le Fabricant building. The Warehouse District is one of the fastest growing and most popular urban neighborhoods in New Orleans. The Genevieve is walking distance from the famous Civic Theatre and a multitude of nightclubs like Republic, Après, and Metropolitan Night Club. Being only two blocks away from the Arts District, The Genevieve is made for the cultural enthusiast. Take a stroll down Baronne Street to restaurants like Pêche, Auction House Market, Juan’s Flying Burrito or Willa Jean that are less than a block away. And many others such as Meril and Herbsaint, just a short walk away. Enjoy all of the unique experiences that New Orleans has to offer, right there in the front row!

Whether it is live music at The Fillmore or strolling through the oak-lined streets of the Garden District (accessible by St. Charles streetcar), The Genevieve makes all of your New Orleans dreams an easy reality. Being only two blocks from the St. Charles streetcar, this is a great way to see lots of the city - especially St. Charles Avenue through the Garden District to Audubon Park. The oak lined street offers some of the best New Orleans aesthetic. Besides foot, the streetcar is the best way to get around. The Genevieve is perfectly situated for the sports enthusiast and concert goers! It is in close proximity to the Mercedes Benz Super Dome and the Smoothie King Center. The location of the Genevieve also makes it easy and convenient to enjoy a play or concert at the Saenger Theatre. Le Fabricant is situated quietly in the heart of every convenience you can imagine.

Our beautifully appointed 3 bedroom/2 bath condominium has an open floor plan, high ceilings with crown molding and exposed brick accent walls in the bedrooms. Equipped with the fresh and modern finishes, this spacious condominium provides endless comforts. We have two sets of French doors that open to a private balcony. Standing out on the balcony, one can see gorgeous views of the Crescent City Connection Bridge (especially when lit at night) and St. Patrick s Cathedral. Cook and dine easily in the fully furnished kitchen. Our kitchen has just about everything you would need featuring stainless steel GE appliances, chrome fixtures, natural stone, beautiful designer cabinetry and a separate island, accented by cityscape views from the glass doors. There are three bedrooms in this condominium, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and the other two bedrooms provide a queen-sized bed, all with full bedding. You can find large flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms and in the living room, ready for all of your entertainment needs along with free WiFi. All of the bedrooms have large closets with plenty of storage space.

Our bathrooms feature marble finishes with custom vanity cabinets and frameless LED mirrors. Both bathrooms are supplied with complimentary toiletries and towels for each guest.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
