Great spot for bachelor party

We had a great time, and Michael was an excellent host! This location is right near Bourbon Street and had plenty of room for our group. Check in/out was easy and we loved being right next to Bourbon Street - we expected to hear the noise from the street, but it wasn't unbearable. I would highly recommend!

Excellent stay and location

The beds and everything were very comfortable and the location was great and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay there again. Host was great and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Condo and Owner

The pictures do not do this place justice. The condo is spacious, clean, well stocked and comfortable with 2 balconies. The roof top pool was an excellent place to cool off. The location is awesome one halt block to Bourbon Street. The owner is exceptional. He met us and checked us in and then gave us suggestions to make our trip more enjoyable. He made sure we had a direct phone number and insisted that we call if we needed anything. I will return in the future.

Close to Bourbon Street but not on Bourbon Street

Mike the host was great! The place was as described and clean. Mike was responsive for anything we needed. He even provided some wine in the wine fridge upon arrival. Nice kitchen and plenty of room in the living room to sit 10 people easy, maybe more. Pool on the roof was a nice place to relax a little. Building is secure so we felt safe the whole stay. The only "negative" is with being 1/2 block away from Bourbon street, the one front bedroom does hear some noise from passing people and cars until late at night. The back 2 bedrooms were quiet. So as long as you're OK going in knowing that you have a great location for Bourbon Street, it comes with a little noise at night.

Girls Trip

We were so impressed with this property. I went with several friends for a girls trip, and we were looking for something near the French quarter so we would be able to walk most places, and this location was perfect. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the property and how communicative the host was. It did get a little loud at night, but I don’t think it is possible to stay this close to Bourbon street and not hear it at night. It was well worth it. Overall, I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and would definitely stay again.

Excellent way to enjoy the French Quarter

The apartment was spacious, attractive and well stocked for our family of six. The balcony overlooked the quarter and we could watch parades and weddings going by in the street below. Michael was an outstanding host, checked us in and available for questions and provided us restaurant recommendations. We were in the heart of the French quarter and truly felt a part of New Orleans culture. Once the windows were closed, we did not have any trouble sleeping. Highly recommend

Perfect Location!

Location was perfect to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Mike gave us great tips about the area and where to eat. We will definitely stay here next time in New Orleans!!

Great French Quarter Location

We stayed at the Treme/Bywater/Maringy condo for a family wedding. It worked out perfectly due to its great location right in the French Quarter with Bourbon Street being a 3 minute walk and Jackson Square about 8 minutes. The place is very comfortable, spacious and clean and there was plenty of space for 6 adults with a large living room and well equipped kitchen. Michael was very responsive to all messages via text and the VBRO website and this made checking in and out extremely easy. There is parking in the adjacent garage (for a fee) but it was easy to access and also safe. Overall it was a great place to stay and I'd highly recommend it! We can't wait to return for our next trip to New Orleans.

Perfect location

This house is in the best location to walk to everything. The house itself was great, looks very similar to the pictures. The owner, Michael, was very easy to work with and very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again if traveling back.

GREAT LOCATION!! We brought our 75 year old aunt for a weekend of fun! The location is perfect, close walk to everything! Michael is very easy to communicate with! My only 2 negatives is.. UPDATE your pictures, they don’t do this place justice! And more hand towels! Thanks again for everything Michael, I look forward to coming back and recommending this place to people! Football weekend

Came to town for Saints / Lsu game for guys weekend. Host Michael was great and very easy to communicate with. Location was perfect and residence was clean and had all the amenities needed. I would definitely booked this location again

Big fun in the Big Easy

We came to town to celebrate 2 birthdays. Michael was such a gracious host. He personally met us with the keys, gave great suggestions for dining & was just a phone call away if we had any issues. The apartment is very spacious with great views of the French Quarter. Everything is a walk away! I will definitely return.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else

8 guys came for a bachelor party and had the best time. Perfect location right off Bourbon Street. Michael was just a text away and I'll definitely stay at his place again on our next trip. Unit was clean and spacious, rooftop pool was a nice touch. Watched several 2nd line parades right from our balconies. The unit is in a residential building, and we were respectful of that. Also, you pay to park in the garage, but its the safest place to leave your car in the city!
