Step into the soul of New Orleans in this charming bungalow just blocks from the French Quarter. Wake up to the scent of fresh coffee, step outside to the hum of the city, and stroll to Bourbon Street, jazz clubs, cafés, and local markets before retreating to your own cozy haven.

Our inviting bungalow blends historic character with modern comfort—featuring high ceilings, hardwood floors, and sunlit rooms that instantly welcome you in. The living area offers a cozy spot to relax after a night of music, and use of the kitchen amenities: fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and essentials for light meals or snacks. You’ll find two bedrooms upstairs and one pass-through bedroom downstairs with comfortable bedding for a good night's sleep. The two full bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials to make your stay carefree. From having beignets in the morning to hearing jazz drift through the night air, everything that makes New Orleans magical is just steps away.

We absolutely loved our stay! The host was beyond accessible and accommodating! You can tell he takes pride in his property and his guest! Place was clean, beds were amazing and had all you need for a quick stay away from home. The cute vintage style New Orleans theme decor was a plus as well! Will be back and thank you for having us!

The VRBO was exactly as described and centrally located to everything my family and I wanted to do. Stephen was an excellent host (very responsive and prompt with his replies). He also checked in regularly to make sure everything was to our liking. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property. Super cute home. Well furnished. Just a few minutes walk through Louis Armstrong park to the French Quarter. Great communication. Check-in was smooth. The one minor Wi-Fi issue we had was addressed immediately. Property owner was awesome. We had a great visit. All around great experience. Highly recommend. If we ever visit again, would absolutely come back to this property.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling comfortable and safe. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a fun New Orleans charm that made our trip even more enjoyable.The host’s communication was outstanding from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and provided so many great recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and things to do, which really helped us make the most of our visit.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting New Orleans!

Stephen was an excellent host. The property was clean and gorgeous. Tucked directly behind Lois Armstrong Park, very easy walk to the French Quarter. A couple fantastic local coffee shops near by. We tended to grab LYFT or UBER to go longer distances like the WW2 Museum. Highly recommend. We had a fantastic time in the city!

Absolutely beautiful house in a perfect location - convenient for the French Quarter, but also away from the hustle and bustle. Fittings and furnishings were top notch, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with good quality cleaning supplies, paper products, shampoo, etc. Short walk to two great coffee shops. Stephen was a great host - responsive and efficient communication. Would love to come again!

Stephen’s house is clean, comfortable, and located close to the French Quarter, and we greatly enjoyed our stay! Stephen was also a great communicator and made everything from check-in to check-out very easy. Highly recommend!

We stayed for our annual sister trip. The house was just as shown in pictures and described, and we had a wonderful time. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Such a great home to stay at while exploring New Orleans! Close enough to walk to the French Quarter, but far enough to be quiet. Owner was so nice and helpful. The house is wonderfully set up for a short term rental.

This home is absolutely perfect for a stay in NOLA... close to the action but tucked quietly away. The owner's attention to detail and choices of linens and furnishings were truly worthy of a 5 star hotel. Excellent communication and easy directions made for a perfect short stay. Its on my list of favorites.

Birthday Weekend in NOLA

We had an amazing time in NOLA- this little bungalow was just right. Easy walk to the French Quarter but a nice quiet getaway at night.
