This 3BR home is located on the beach and enjoys the view of the refreshing Zorba swimming pool with a wall of gently falling water.
Natural elements and artistic touches throughout the house reflect the lovely laid-back vibe and feel of Tulum. Copper lighting, organic toiletries, handcrafted tiles, and colored glass windows are just some of the many cool design features you will see.
The Zorba property is exclusive to guests only, with private beachfront, loungers, shade, and a guest-only Taco + Breakfast Bar. Zorba is centrally located on a peaceful property so you can enjoy all the area has to offer, yet easily retreat to your private oasis.
The main living area on the ground floor is open with a bright kitchen, comfortable seating area, and dining area for 6. Having a kitchen on the beach is special - keep your beverages cool, make snacks, and enjoy a Nespresso for the perfect cup of morning coffee. Private chef services are available.

The Villa is on our Zorba Tulum property with a great location to explore the most desirable part of Tulum on foot. The property is a collection of private full service hotel style villas with a great staff to assist with every detail. The property is gated from the road and open to the coveted private beachfront and Caribbean Sea.

This Villa is perfect for those looking for extra comfort and space and the convenience of a kitchen on the beach. Ideal for families and for small groups. Kids are welcome at the property and daily housekeeping is included in the rate so everyone can be on holiday.
