Convenient location although lots of street traffic noise made it hard to sleep some nights.

This was a GREAT stay! The house is clean, roomy, and has everything we needed! The backyard is HUGE and the game room in the basement was fun for hanging out. The kitchen is fully stocked and the garage was available to pull our car into. There are plenty of towels, extra linens, and pillows. The house is located on a fairly busy street, but that didn't bother us at all. The backyard has a beautiful deck and you'd never know you are on a main street. The airport is close and easy to get to, which was a huge plus for us as our flight got in late. Jay was an excellent host and we will stay here again next time we are in Grand Rapids!

The price was good but things are in need of repairs and there was strewn garbage in the backyard. There were areas that could have been cleaned better as well.

This was a great place to stay when we came to town for a wedding. Most important things to us are clean sheets and towels!! The sheets and towels were clean! Thank you for a comfortable stay that met our needs.

Great Stay

Nice place with grocery stores within a mile drive. Only downside was how far it was from downtown GR, about a 20 min drive. No complaints about the property, love how secluded it still felt. Will consider booking again.

21st Birthday Trip

A very pretty house, located close to downtown Grand Rapids. Did not have to travel far for anything we needed. Only wish the house wasn't off a busy road.

The property was clean and well maintained, and everything was put together. However, considering the location, I was a bit surprised by the price. It felt higher than expected for the area and the house itself. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Sheets and towels were clean, but the house smelled like stale cigarette smoke. There was a lot of trash on the property. The back patio door was unlocked when we arrived and very hard to lock once we were inside, and considering that the fence around the backyard was broken and open to neighbors on both sides, I did not feel completely safe. The host was communicative, however, and everything else was as expected. The price was reasonable.

Cozy little home

Clean, comfy, and close to everything we needed. Traveling with our teens, it was nice to have the basement area with an additional couch, tv, and bedroom. It was on a busy street but we had no issues. Fans and extra blankets were also provided.

Perfect home away from home

My stay in GR was for work, boss decided he wanted me on site for the month. Very easy to check in, the home was perfectly located and only 5 minutes from my job. The decor of the home was so cute and made me feel at home. Thank you. Maria

Rookie and convenient

What a great place to stay. Owner very helpful and house even roomier than it appears in the photos. Very convenient location to stores and highways. House has only one bathroom but it worked out fine even with 6 people. Extra towel racks would be useful. Highly recommend this place.

Great experience!

Charming small home. Only negative is the curb appeal and the front stoop. My 83 y/o mom was with us and had difficulty with the stairs. Guests upstairs complained of road noise but I was in the basement with my son and it was very quiet down there. I’d stay again!
