Newly renovated full bathroom & kitchen with basic cooking needs. this property offers a superb retreat for guests with a private backyard, gas firepit, and bbq grill. Screened in front porch for morning coffee. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine & dryer during your stay. Experience the magic of GR at our quaint house. 420 friendly. Smoking allowed outside only. 2 miles from Acrisure amphitheater, Vanandel arena, Devos place, the Intersection, and GLC Live 20 Monroe. What a great place for a stay in Grand Rapids! House was conveniently located, super clean, and full of the coolest stuff. Also enjoyed the back yard and cozy front porch. Highly recommend Belman's Bakery and Shelley's Kitchen, which are both nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect. Super cute and clean. Very charming with a great back yard with fire place and swing. Super close to everything around Grand Rapids. Quiet neighborhood and a very responsive host. We will for sure come back in the future

We had the best time at the Carlson house. What a funky, fun vibe. We all enjoyed the cozy beds, the convenient location and the decor. Thank you to our hosts for making this house feel so much like home.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cute place. Everywhere we looked we had some cute and interesting decoration or plant. Such a unique vibe but still cozy! Check in was super easy and the beds were actually comfortable. It felt like a sleepover at your hip grandmas house:) Clean, quiet, and in a nice little neighborhood.

Check in was easy! The property is exactly as described! The home was very clean and the decorations were awesome! Such a cute place to stay! Close to everything we wanted to do! The host were very friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend a stay at this very cute and welcoming home.

We really appreciated this very clean and quirky space. The decorating is very fun. Location is very close to many of Grand Rapids jewels. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We will be back!

Great place

Fun aesthetic, clean, well stocked, great for visiting Grand Rapids, sort of a modest, not quite shabby neighborhood. I'd recommend it highly for 4 people.

Our stay at this 2 bedroom home was very enjoyable. It's listed as quirky, (okay), but it's charming, interesting, and tasteful too! Beds were very comfortable. I was amazed at all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We were there on one of the hottest days of the year, yet the house remained a comfortable temp. And the price was excellent. Communication with Sarah was very easy. I would recommend this.

The house was perfect, has a fenced in backyard, the beds are comfortable, the couch was comfortable. Even thinking about booking again but this time with my family. Overall I'd give it a 5 out of 5. Perfect little getaway!!

Hands down, the best decorated vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Every room was carefully curated! Even cuter than the photos. It was also very clean. We appreciated the off-street parking & relaxing backyard. Close to Van Andel Arena, yet quiet. Would absolutely recommend!

Me and my sister stayed at the property for two nights as a mid-winter getaway. The location was great-- about 5-20 minutes from everything you'd want to do in the Grand Rapids area. The neighborhood was your average blue collar neighborhood-- everyone was nice and it was pretty quiet. The house was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and all of the basic necessities were provided. We appreciated the fun decorations and all the live plants. The house is well cared for. The host had great communication and all instructions were clear.

You need to book this house just to see all the amazing collections inside! Our host Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The house was just minutes from Studio D2D and fun neighborhoods in Grand Rapids. Great experience.

We inherited the house next door and decided to share it with you. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s and Vrbo’s. We manage all our properties ourselves and take great pride in what we have created. We are always available unlike many corporate owned homes. We try to live up to original premise of these properties by not overcharging and being hands on and prompt when needed.

We live for n the house next door. We have successfully rented out the upper half of our home for six years. We recently inherited the house next-door and decided to also share it. We have lived in this neighborhood for 26 years. All of our neighbors are great people. The neighborhood is fairly quiet.
