Find an oasis of calm in a recently refurbished apartment done in soothing neutral tones from the rugs to soft gray paintwork. Traditional touches are still found in the wainscoting and wood trim as well as a comfy wing chair in the living room.

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

You will have access to the entire apartment!

We are available to make your visit to historic Charleston a memorable escape to absorb the southern hospitality and charm of this world renowned destination. We will provide check-in instructions one week prior to your arrival, but if you have any questions in the meantime, we’ll be happy to answer them. One of our staff members will always be in town if you need anything, but you will be sure to have full and complete privacy while enjoying your stay.

Cannonborough-Elliotborough draws young professionals to its restored, wood-fronted houses. Main streets are dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, and bakeries. Trendy eateries serve up everything from Southern fare to Mediterranean cuisine.

Charleston is best seen by foot or bike but if you have any other transportation needs, the following are who we recommend:

The condo/apartment was located in an ideal location to the town. Lots of coffee shops, sandwich places and local bars. It was an easy walk to downtown Charleston. The condo was clean and comfortable. Showers worked very well. I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

An excellent stay at this very comfortable condo. Nicely furnished, quiet, exceptionally clean, and well-equipped, it is within easy walking distance of the historic downtown. We had a car and paid the additional fee for an on-site parking permit, which was a real convenience since most parking in the area is either short-term pay or residence-permit-only. The condo is on our list for a return stay.

Charm of old neighborhood with fresh, new construction

Beautiful property, clean and nicely appointed. Very comfortable beds. Nice location with good restaurants and coffee shops close by. Short pleasant walk to upper King St. and 5-7 drive to City Market area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
