Find an oasis of calm in a recently refurbished apartment done in soothing neutral tones from the rugs to soft gray paintwork. Traditional touches are still found in the wainscoting and wood trim as well as a comfy wing chair in the living room.

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

We are available to make your visit to historic Charleston a memorable escape to absorb the southern hospitality and charm of this world renowned destination. We will provide check-in instructions one week prior to your arrival, but if you have any questions in the meantime, we’ll be happy to answer them. One of our staff members will always be in town if you need anything, but you will be sure to have full and complete privacy while enjoying your stay.

Cannonborough-Elliotborough draws young professionals to its restored, wood-fronted houses. Main streets are dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, and bakeries. Trendy eateries serve up everything from Southern fare to Mediterranean cuisine.

Fantastic Property and Location!

Great memories from our stay in Charleston, and our property was top notch! The property management/hosts were excellent with communication and check in/check out processes were great! This is a great location to stay as we walked everywhere, with wonderful restaurants around the area. Thank you for the great memories! We will be back!

Cute Getaway

A word to the wise - be prepared to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs to reach the condo. The A/C works well. The bedrooms are cute. The washer and dryer are useful. We had street parking passes. Sometimes we had to drive around for a while before we could find a space. You may want to consider paying for the onsite parking.

Lovely apartment

Unit was nicely appointed. Very clean and comfortable It should be noted that the unit is on 3rd floor. Lots of steps. No elevator Very long walk to Meeting Street

everything we wanted and needed!

we had a last-minute change to this VRBO and we are so glad we did! The location is PRIME, could easily walk to the main drain. Parking was easy as well as accessibility to our unit. Place was CLEAN and COMFORTABLE, the perfect setup for our group of girls! We couldn't stop talking about how comfortable the beds were. My one request would be plusher towels. Lastly, we felt so spoiled by the nearby coffee shop! All in all a lovely, wonderful stay. Would 100% stay here again.

Modern and clean

My husband, four year old kiddo and I stayed for four nights during the week and had a great time! Super clean, modern, and easy! The natural light in the space is stunning. We got the street parking permits and didn’t have any trouble finding parking. We couldn’t hear any neighbors (we were on the top floor so no one above us). The Spanish restaurant next door was SO delicious. The sound machines were a wonderful touch, having instructions on how to use them would have been helpful but we eventually figured them out. Water pressure in showers was wonderful. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of pots and utensils. Oven/stove was a little touchy-set off the smoke detector boiling water. Highly recommend for families or girls trips. I felt super safe in the area walking around with my kiddo.

Nice condo

Condo was nice and clean and just as advertised. Good location, just half mile from King Street and an easy walk. There is no need to pay for on-site parking. Just get the street parking passes. I never had a problem getting a close parking pass.

Charm of old neighborhood with fresh, new construction

Beautiful property, clean and nicely appointed. Very comfortable beds. Nice location with good restaurants and coffee shops close by. Short pleasant walk to upper King St. and 5-7 drive to City Market area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The condo was everything advertised. Great location, very walkable to King St and all that it has to offer. The condo was extremely clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was a perfect size for the three of us. Would definitely rent again! Thanks!

Perfect for my needs

Girls trip!

This was a great property and location. Loved that there was an amazing restaurant next door as well as the mini grocery and coffee shop! Definitely would stay here again! The place itself was very cute!

First Impressions are everything!

Wow, this is a lovely property! We walked in to sparkling counter tops, soft linens, and the sound of smooth jazz playing softly in the background on the TV. It’s so clean, well-appointed and beds are comfortable. The linens are much nicer than your normal rental and towels are plush. It’s better in person than the photos show. The property managers communicate by text and email and are quick to respond. If you have a second floor or above rental you will have to use the stairs. We utilized the parking and that was an important and correct decision. The unit is about 15 minute walk north from the bustling part of town but very accessible. Great location!

clean, new, convenient

This is a comfortable apartment. It has a good kitchen ( although it would benefit by having a few basic foods like vinegar and olive oil). The overall vibe is new but bland. Parking is extra.

Fabulous oasis in the heart of Charleston

This is a lovely find in downtown Charleston. The place is new construction and was immaculate and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. Management is very communicative and responsive. Loved the on-site parking, too; worth investing in. We will be back!

Perfect place for a quick trip to CHS!

My friends and I absolutely loved this suite! It was the perfect amount of space and was in a great location. The rooms were clean and the property managers were very responsive :)

Beautiful condo close to King Street

My family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and modern condo. It was super clean and the kitchen had everything needed for a few nights stay. Communication with Charleston Vacays was excellent! Just a few blocks from King Street meant that we could enjoy Charleston on foot and not worry about parking!

Great location on third floor with no elevator

The property was good, but it had the barely minimum of cleaning items. Lots of rules on things I believe should be part of the cleaning fee we paid. It makes you feel like they almost want me to clean the place after me. Freezer in refrigerator was filthy. We have learned that everytime we get a rental managed by a management company they cut cost at any cost.
