Chic Modern Condo in Historic Charleston

After a busy day of adventure in the city, it`s nice to come home to a modern apartment decorated in calming neutral tones. Kick back on a couch and catch a movie on TV. Relax under a hot shower and get a good night`s sleep between crisp bed sheets.

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

You will have access to the entire apartment!

I`m around if you need me, but give guests complete privacy. Feel free to contact me with any questions - our goal is to make your stay as great as it possibly can be!

The apartment is in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood where the streets are dotted with restored homes, boutiques, vintage shops, and bakeries. Trendy eateries, and bars for craft beer and cocktails are in the area.

Charleston is best seen by foot or bike but if you have any other transportation needs, the following are who we recommend:

Beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condo in Charleston, SC. Clean and like new. Parking is tight, and pre-pay parking is recommended.Good location and within walking distance of everything you need to visit the area.

The layout is perfect given the size and dimensions of the unit. Very clean and comfortable place, very well located, and well equipped with necessary items for our 4-day trip. We walked or took a short Uber ride anytime we went out. Would definitely stay here again.

Super cute condo! Extremely well kept and clean, and about a 15 minute walk to King Street. The only negative was you can hear people upstairs walking at night (not all night thankfully) but I recommend you bring a sound machine to help you drown it out and sleep. But overall, super cute and has everything you need!! Host communicated effectively so check in and out was easy! We’ll look to stay here again!

Our unit was tastefully furnished, immaculate, And comfortable. The three of us, who have come often to Charleston, agree this is our best accommodations ever…and the neighborhood is charming with lovely markets

The condo was clean and comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood, lots of great food options very close by. Booking and checking was easy, parking available behind the unit. Getting to the historic district is easy, we walked some days and took the dash bus/trolley other days, bus stops close by. I would stay here again.

Highly recommend! Convenient to upper King St and a short ride from shops and wharf area. We Uber’d there and walked back. Beautifully furnished apartment and parking was a plus.

Girls’ Trip

Arrival/ check-in was easy as all the details were clearly outlined to us. The condo was lovely- spacious, clean and well supplied. A bit of a hike to the downtown area but walkable. Really enjoyed our stay!!
