Property was a great location, communication from the time we booked until the moment we checked out was great! The host truly made the whole process a breeze! Especially with it being our first trip with our infant! They even helped us book baby equipment! The only thing I could say could be different is that the living room rug could care to be changed or deep cleaned! We loved our stay though!

Very clean and just as pictured. The location can’t be better. We walked to every restaurant, carriage tour etc. While things are a bit dusty with pollen, we enjoyed sitting on the porch and using the hot tub. We also appreciated the washer/dryer as it’s always nice to return home with clean laundry.

Great choice for a stay in Charleston

Great location next to King Street and all the restaurants. Place was well furnished with new appliances and very clean. Really enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful clean and easy walking to everything! Host were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with for any questions. They provided a nice welcome book with all the information you could thing of on the place and Charleston. Check in and check out very easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Early Spring Getaway

Lots to enjoy in the Charleston area and The Palms was a perfect place to use as our home away from home. The guide book to the unit and the area was top notch.

This was even better than I expected. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. Beds were very comfortable. The Outside space has a large sitting area and we enjoyed sitting outside at night. The location was great to Kings street and restuants.I will definitely stay here again.

Tom and Hannah have a great place with an absolute fantastic location. We really enjoyed our stay! The suite had all that we needed and was beautifully decorated. As an added bonus, the backyard was a perfect end of day oasis. Tom and Hannah were exceptional hosts and very accessible. We will definitely be back!!

Great location and property

Great location close to king street but avoids some of the late night noise. The property is an amazing house with wonderful touches of hospitality. Great patio and porch for casual entertainment. Host was very accommodating and welcoming!

Great Place!

The property was in the perfect location, very clean and adorable. Highly recommend. The courtyard, porch and living areas were great. Tom and Hannah were great hosts, with frequent communication and easy to follow instructions.

Nice accommodations

Very nice accommodations other than the fact the rental was on the second floor plus the bedrooms were one level above the living area.

Beautiful property

We had some difficulties with the first property we rented from Tom and Hannah, but they worked with us to resolve it and were able to place us in another property they had. Both properties were decorated beautifully and in great locations. Hosts were very responsive and communicated quickly, their property manager Danny was wonderful.

We do vacation rentals two to four times each year and have done so for the last 20 years. I have to say that this property was probably the nicest we have come across. The amenities were perfect. We stayed 6 nights here and never had the first problem. The property was spotless, quiet, and towels were plentiful. You will not go wrong staying here. To top it all off the host was very easy to communicate with. A

House is nice. Easy to find. Parking is less than a block away ( a bit tricky with luggage as there's not always spaces in front of the house to park). There are 2 bedrooms -- once closer to the street and one further away. Definitely some street noise but with the white noise machine and earplugs I slept fine. Comfortable living room. No dining room but there's stools at the counter in the kitchen. Easy to walk to downtown Charleston.

100% stay here!

We absolutely loved The Palms. Perfect location. Easy 2 minute walk to amazing restaurants. Porches were so comfortable to relax on. The inside decor was so cute. Everything was SPOTLESS. Very clean. The mattresses were like clouds. We would 100% recommend staying here!

Model stay!

This is how all vacation stays should be. Perfect location for enjoying all King Street has to offer and as a jumping off point for visiting all of the city. Hosts were extremely communicative. Property was wonderfully clean, extremely well kept and had great amenities. Cannot wait to visit and stay again!! * * * * *

Best place to stay in Charleston!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Palms! The courtyard was amazing and so welcoming. We loved spending our evening on the patio enjoying a glass of wine after a day exploring the city. The inside was beautiful and well decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. We had fun using the record player! The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the included morning coffee supplies. The location can't be beat! It was so convenient to walk to the restaurants and shopping of King St. Hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Charleston!

Perfect Stay

Where to begin, we stayed 3 nights at the Palm. The pictures are exactly as shown. The beds, linens and furniture is higher end goods. The kitchen is very well appointed. The outdoor space is amazing. We sat outside each night and the decorative lighting and comfortable furniture set the ambiance. Each and every time we reached out to Tom and Hannah they responded and even checked on us during our stay. Truly the apartment and building is amazing. It was very quiet at night to be so close to King Street. Book your stay you will Not be disappointed.

Liars!

First of all, Tom and Hannah as a couple renting this home is a complete lie!!!!!!! Fake profile!!!!! It’s a fictional couple used to sell you! They don’t exist. It’s a fake profile. Just to “dupe” you! Completely disgusting! I had several questions and they were answered by a third party company, which I knew right away. Simply hired to act like “Tom and Hannah”! So sickening!!!!!

Beautiful, comfortable home with included parking!

I traveled with my sixteen year-old granddaughter, and the two of us had an amazing stay. The description of the property is as exactly as shown, and the communication with the host was outstanding. No details forgotten in the personalized app for the home and location. Endless opportunities to shop and eat out, and DoorDash delivered one evening when we were too exhausted from our daytime fun to leave the home again. Very short drive from the airport, and less than an hour drive to the beaches. Also less than an hour drive to Cypress Gardens and the swamp that was used for the filming of the movie “The Notebook”. (That was absolutely gorgeous and not difficult for us to row a small boat through the area. Definitely recommend taking the time to do this.) I have zero complaints and can not wait to return. I’m actually already planning on a trip back soon with my husband since I’ve already convinced him to build me the gorgeous swing located in the property’s courtyard. Thank you so much Tom and Hannah for sharing your home with me so I could make memories to last a lifetime with my granddaughter. As a hospice nurse, I know life is short, and sometimes you need to seek out the best. Your home is the best, and I’m so grateful for your accommodations.

Beautiful Property Great Location

The Palms is a beautiful house with an amazing patio courtyard. It would be absolutely perfect for a large family gathering if all 3 units were rented at the same time. We stayed upstairs in apartment C. Everything was top notch from the furniture, bedding and flooring. One word of warning: the stairs are steep in apartment C. So I would imagine it would be the same in apartment B. To get to the upstairs units you have to go up a beautiful set of outdoor stairs to a second floor porch. The porch overlooks the patio courtyard. Directly inside the door of apartment C is a nice galley kitchen. The living room and a 1/2 bath are on the other side kitchen wall. FYI, the only TV is in the living room. The two bedrooms, and Jack n Jill full bath are located on the third floor, up a steep set of steps. The beds were both EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. This property is located in the UK area of Charleston. Upper King. If you are not familiar with Charleston, this is the best part of the city (IMHO) with a large concentration of great restaurants and bars. Overall, this property is a solid 9/10 and I highly recommend it. Unless you or your guests have problems with steps. Enjoy!
