Come enjoy this new rental in the heart of Downtown Charleston. Completed in July of 2018, these rentals offer something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen and linens, you can`t beat what this rental has to offer! Perfect for couples or traveling professionals!
The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

-Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues)
-Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Soap, Lotion, Mouth wash)
-Dish/Laundry detergents

-Basic Cooking/Kitchenware
You will have access to the entire apartment!

Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xaio Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Warehouse, Chez Nous and Josephine Wine Bar. Wildflour Pastry and 132 Coffee and Kitchen bar are wonderful local coffee shops in within a block.
Charleston is best seen by foot or bike but if you have any other transportation needs, the following are who we recommend:
