Enjoy breathtaking views from every room in this luxury, oceanfront villa! With an open-air design, fresh, cooling breezes come in off the water and flow through the house. Located on the exclusive south side of the island, our fabulous villa is not crowded with tourists yet Grace Bay beach is only a 15 minutes drive away and has a spectacular view of the late singer, Prince s estate.

With our fully equipped kitchen and infinity pool , this Villa is simply made for entertaining with lovely ocean views from every room . Gorgeous outdoor space with infinity pool and hot tub for relaxing and just enjoying the beauty of the ocean. Top Notch Villa is highly recommended for families and persons looking for peace tranquility and relaxation.

We are away from the Grace Bay tourist vibe but only a 15 minute drive away if you desire some night-life and action.

We truly believe that this home is one you must visit as it is lovingly cared for by the owner and it truly shows.

We had an incredible stay at this home in Turks and Caicos! The house was beautifully designed, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation with my wife and 2 daughters. We had the water out our back door and short drives to amazing beaches. If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay in Turks and Caicos, we highly recommend this property. We would absolutely stay here again and can't wait for our next visit!

This property is fantastic, well maintained and the property managers were responsive and extremely helpful. They met us upon arrival to give us a tour and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the surrounding areas!

Perfection!

Just returned from a 5 night stay at Top Notch Villa. The Villa and the views are absolutely beautiful! The Villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. It is away from the crowds at Grace Bay, which is just what our group of 4 women needed. Do not hesitate to book this!

Family reconnect and relax time

The view is amazing. We just wanted to relax with our 2 adult daughters and spend time together. The property is about 5 minutes away from supermarket and 15 minutes away restaurants, shopping and hotel row. It's remote enough to relax but close enough to all the action.

A Beautiful Gem in Paradise!

Look no further if you plan to visit Turks and Caicos! This villa will exceed your expectations and bring your vacation instant peace and tranquility. The home is situated in a very private neighboorhood with directs views of the ocean that you will enjoy during each moment of your stay. The villa is clean, well stocked and the communication with the property manager, Shana, is wonderful. We will be back!

This Villa is a must stay!!

My family and I were so impressed with this Villa. The views were breathtaking!!! Just rising every morning to the view is worth the stay! The home was spotless, had any ammenity you will need and is so spacious for families to "just hang out", espcially the pool area! We had an amazing stay at this villa in Turks and Caicos. The home was incredibly spacious and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Everything was well stocked, making it easy to settle in right away without needing to worry about the little things. The Villa is at the end of the road and secluded and made staying there feel like a private retreat. The views were absolutely stunning and truly one of the highlights of the property. We found ourselves spending so much time just enjoying the scenery. The pool and hot tub were also fantastic—clean, well maintained, and ideal for both daytime lounging and evenings under the stars. The access to the ocean is via a ladder so can pose some issues for young children especially with the tide and water current. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos.

Top Notch villa certainly lived up to its name.

My husband and I were looking for a vacation spot after the first of the year as a Christmas gift for our sons and their girlfriends rather than the physical gift gifting. We thought more memorable time together would mean so much more, We had never been to Turks Caicos and loved it but it was the villa that made it the best getaway we have ever experienced together. The villa was so over the top accommodating our needs from cooking, swimming and information on the islands. We especially enjoyed the access to the ocean at the end of the steps to the house. Many times we would all just gather together in the outside sitting area with the ocean and infinity pool right behind us. Great location and lifelong memories.

Beauty, Luxury and Bliss All in One!!

This was the perfect place to celebrate our family occasion, for both kids and adults alike. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 with so many great indoor and outdoor spaces, we had to make time to enjoy each one! The home, grounds and pool were immaculate with a postcard view of the ocean from every space! The kitchen was well appointed for even the most discerning chef and the house was well stocked with RH beach towels, snorkels, rafts and anything else you could possibly need. We loved the private, peaceful location but still within driving proximity to both Grace Bay Beach and Long Bay Beach (more lowkey and our preference), which was a perfect balance for that relaxed vacation feel. The walkway and ladder down to the ocean were ideal for enjoying a dip and the outdoor showers were key! Thank you to Shanta and her team for giving us the back drop of a once in a lifetime vacation!

Truly Paradise!

Our week-long retreat at Top Notch Villa surpassed all expectations. The photos simply don't capture the full essence of its beauty. The panoramic 280+ degree views were nothing short of breathtaking – undoubtedly the most spectacular views we've ever encountered. As frequent renters, we've explored many properties, but none compare to this gem. Every corner of the house is adorned with thoughtful decor and boasts top-notch amenities. Additionally, the kitchen and house is well stocked in terms of dishes, pans, beach chairs, etc. From the meticulously designed indoor spaces to the impeccably landscaped outdoor areas, every detail was perfection. Without hesitation, I highly recommend experiencing the unparalleled luxury of Top Notch Villa.

Amazing Stay in Paradise!

We recently stayed at the Top Notch Villa and had the most amazing experience at an incredibly beautiful property! Shanta (our host) was outstanding to work with. She is very professional, responsive and extremely helpful with recommendations for accommodations (restaurants, transportation, photographers, water sports, excursions, etc.) while on island. The impressive property is stunning and breathtaking. Very comfortable rooms and a perfect size for accommodating our family. The bedrooms are spacious and the very large professional kitchen / entertaining spaces were perfect for all of our meals / gatherings and has everything you could possible need for preparing meals. The outdoor spaces (infinity pool, hot tub, lanai, etc.) are amazing with breathtaking views of the clear waters of Turks and Caicos. The location of the house is perfect as well and in a very quiet part of the island but with easy access to Grace Bay. We are booking our vacation for 2023 and can’t wait to stay at the Top Notch Villa again!!

Breathtaking views, unforgettable time!

We stayed at Top Notch Villa for 1 week, and had an unforgettable time. Our group was comprised of 4 adults, one teen and two children. The bedrooms were all large and beautifully furnished, the kitchen was enormous and well equipped. The best part about this place was the outdoor space….the pool, hot tub, lounge area and walkway to the water made it really special. The property manager was amazing as well, very welcoming and attentive! We would definitely stay here again!

Turks and Caicos beachfront

This house is wonderful. We rented top notch villa for 3 weeks. We had different friends and family come visit each week. Everyone loved the villa. One of the best parts was going down the ladder to the ocean. The view was stunning. The house has 4 large bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you could want or need. It also has a large grill, beautiful pool and hot tub. Shanti was wonderful. She was available for any questions we had.

Trip of a Lifetime

Top Notch was perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday with a bunch of great gal friends. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left this beautiful property, we were assisted by the amazing manager, Shanta. She was informative even before arrival with all of our questions, to helping coordinate our chef onto the property so we could have a catered lunch and drinks when we arrived, to helping with other information like fun activities for the group, to information on great restaurants, locating nearby beaches; you name it, she was helpful. The villa itself is well situated near everything you could need. Reminder, you must drive on the opposite side of the roads here and not everyone was comfortable driving, but we got around quite easily to access all we needed. All 4 bedrooms are super comfy, with king-sized beds, sliding doors to deck and or veranda, ceiling fans as well as air conditioning in each room. The bedding is luxurious and soft and we all slept very comfortably. The kitchen was super functional, with two dishwashers, a huge refrigerator and freezer, and wine cooler, bar back, it was perfect for our party of 10! Our chef said it was the nicest and well- equipped place she has ever worked on the island. The infinity pool is amazing and gorgeous for hanging with friends, there is also space where our group was able to have private yoga around the pool. From the deck, there is a pathway, to the ocean. Down at the ocean depending upon the wind and tides, you can scale up and down a ladder swim or walk around on clear, crystal waters in super soft, white sand. We loved our trip to the island and especially to Top Notch, it truly is top notch.

Fabulous getaway

My family including 3 adult children and their spouses spent the week at this fabulous house!! We were pleasantly surprised that the accommodations exceeded our expectations! Serenity in Paradise!

Top Notch Villa is truly a special place away from but close enough to some of the more busier places on the island. This is the perfect home for those looking for complete privacy with views of crystal blue waters as far as the eye can see not only from the beautiful outdoor living space but from inside the home as well. Every bedroom, which is appointed with king size beds, has a sliding door which gives you a front row seat to the show.....a 180 view of the beautiful ocean from the time the sun rises until the time it sets. The beds are very comfortable and each room is equipped with a ceiling fan so no need to even turn on the AC as there was nothing better than going to bed every night with the screen door shut and hearing the waves crash along the shoreline. From the master bathroom you can step right outside to an outdoor shower equipped with a rain shower head and watch the boats sail by. The kitchen has every modern amenity you could possibly imagine. On top of that there were enough plates, glasses, utensils etc. to host a wedding which is the reason for the 2 dishwashers. Outside was a veranda with a large grille and dining area. The outdoor living space is truly something spectacular. It is well appointed with more than enough furniture to accommodate our family of 7 and this is where we spent most of our time throughout the day. Just simply breathtaking and no picture will do it justice. Also from the patio is a path that leads down to the ocean. You can take a ladder down into waist deep crystal clear waters (depending on the time of day) and enjoy the soft white sand under your feet. The home is located within close proximity to everything. 7 minutes away is an IGA supermarket. You can find anything there similar to the places back home. 15 minutes away is Grace Bay with all it's hotels and shops. But after a long day of fun in the sun at Grace Bay it was always nice to get away from the crowd and back to the comforts of home at Top Notch Villa. I want to give a big thank you to the homeowners that shared with my family of 7 their beautiful home for the week. It was nothing short of spectacular. Also a big thank you to Shanta for for being such a wonderful host from the moment we arrived on the island. She was very knowledgeable of the home and got us settled in and was always available to answer any questions for us during our stay. Great memories were made and we look forward to visiting again soon! Scott K
