Unit 26- This beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo has been renovated and professionally decorated in casual contemporary decor with an open floor plan. It is located on the second floor of the Grand Tower Building with our white quartz beach and the Gulf of Mexico at your doorstep. | The LVR has a 55" Flat Screen Smart TV, DVD player and a comfortable sofa. To comply with Sarasota County Fire Code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is four. | The Master Bedroom has two Queen size Tempurpedic beds and a 55" Flat Screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a full custom tile shower with built in bench and soap/shampoo niche. | The full equipped kitchen includes upscale Stainless Steel Appliances, Keurig coffee machine, Quartz Counter tops, and a recently added Buffet and Counter for additional storage/serving. The enclosed Lanai which is incorporated into the living room area provides a quiet retreat area with Plantation Shutters offering privacy while still providing a lovely view. | The fully equipped kitchen includes upscale stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and a recently added buffet and counter for additional storage/serving. The HVAC system in this unit is equipped with Fresh-Aire UV light. The incorporated lanai provides a quiet retreat area with plantation shutters offering privacy while still providing a lovely view.

Beautiful Place to Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family stay taking up a couple of units. The unit we stayed in was very nice! The living area was much better than expected, and the kitchen was well stocked with the necessary utensils, pots, and pans for food preparation and cooking. The beds we very comfortable too. The only negative thing to note is having to make sure all trash is entirely cleared from the unit before exiting. I believe this should be included under the cleaning fee. I would definitely stay here again and plan to do so next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View over the dumpstes, was not expecting that. Loud humming noise every night in the bedroom. Kept me from sleeping well. Pillows were so flat & uncomfortable. Sofa cushions kept sliding out, very uncomfortable and constantly had to be readjusted. Not really a comfortable set up in this unit overall.

Fun time

Very nice loved the location to the beach. Would suggest Ice on the property unless I just did’nt find it had to go out several times for it. Had delivered once. Would stay again we all enjoyed it had a wonderful time.

Our air conditioner did quit working - gracious that it was fixed within 24 hrs TY. However this is 2 years in a row we did not have an operating ice maker - after the air going out it we made decision to buy bagged ice . Wish you would install gas grills for use- charcoal such an inconvenience Do not care for new washer and dryer operations via app Howver we loved our visit

Perfect getaway

The location was perfect and condo was exactly as described in the listing. It was also very convenient that the lounge chairs were provided as part of the condo amenities. We had no issues with finding parking near the tower, even when returning late in the evenings. The front office staff was very friendly as well and answered all of our questions. Thank you!

Weekend Getaway

We loved staying here! Beach access was just perfect, our condo was amazing, and we loved being able to reserve the cabanas for the beach! We would love to bring our daughter back next year!

Great time at the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a wonderful time! Enjoyed being steps from the beach. Staff was very kind and helpful, and condo was clean. I wish directions and instructions were emailed in lieu of all information in a lockbox. We arrived late and had to review all this paperwork in the car. The parking "owner reserved" signs we could not see and took someone's spot accidentally. Maybe putting signs higher would help.

I've Never Been More Pleased

I would give any unit I have been in a 10 of 10 rating in terms of quality, cleanliness, and perfect working order. This unit exceeded my high expectations. It was very fresh in terms of decorating style, furniture, and class. It felt much more like it could be a residence than a rental unit. The Front Office Staff if very helpful and efficient.I would highly recommend The Palm Bay Club to anyone.

Palm Bay Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Does anyone truly read these or replyBeen staying at Palm Bay for over 30 years. Pros;Pool nice, beach had a lot of seaweed the 1st. couple of days Cons:Resort fee- this is just an additional expense, no service Sunday-had to drag my own chairs down-do I get a resort fee credit, toilet ran for 4 nights- maintenance claimed working as it should which is BS. Bre read me the notes ... so a toilet is supposed to keep my family up for 4 nights before it is fixed. The thermostat would only go down to 69 degrees- the room was so hot and had to close all blinds all day- not fun to stay in the dark. Half the people on the beach did NOT have wrist bands-this should be enforced as there are many people who show up for the weekends only.

A Bit Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed for 2 reasons. (1) We stayed in apartment 026 in the tower. The apartment had ants in the kitchen and bathroom. In addition, the carpets were filthy and stained. (2) Parking is a major problem, especially if handicapped. If you enter later in the evening, there are no parking spots available. That should not be. Each apartment should have an assigned spot ... Palm Bay Club should not be similar to finding parking in NYC.
