Bayside 2/2 T Model condo in Sarasota, perfect for family getaways!

This newly renovated first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV with HD service, and the guest bedroom has one full size bed and twin bunk beds (115 lbs capacity) with a 32" flat screen TV with DVD player. Both the master and guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations with grab bars. The living room is equipped with a 55" flat screen Smart TV with HD TV service. The modern kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig Coffee machine. The condo is tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
