Celebrating the whole month of February! This property is located just half a block off Main Street and within walking distance to the best Abingdon has to offer. Restaurants, shopping, the Creeper Trail, The Barter Theatre, The Martha Washington Inn and many other historic sites. Also, convenient to Bristol TN/VA and Bristol Motor Speedway.
With 2 bedrooms and a fully furnished kitchen, you can walk to dinner or cook your own right at home. This property has everything you will need for a comfortable getaway or a short term rental. Wifi is provided as well as a large screen smart tv. There is off street parking for 2 vehicles and is handicap accessible

Great Place

This is a warm and cozy home. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved being in walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the Barter.

The perfect location

The location was ideal. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful. Comfortable accommodations and walking distance to The Barter Theatre and amazing restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Celebration

The property is wonderfully located in downtown Abingdon, and everything is within walking distance! The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. This was our second time staying here, and we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay there. We had just left Asheville, North Carolina due to the storm and I had extra laundry to wash. Gene said it was fine and did not charge any extra fee for doing all of my laundry! Thank you.

Perfect get away

We came to Abingdon to ride the Creeper Trail. We found the apartment home to be perfect for our needs. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean. And we were within walking distance to historic Abingdon. Parking was provided and conveniently located as well.

Enjoyed our stay

We only stayed for a night but this was a great experience. The space was exactly what the three of us needed and convenient to many things. Communication was quick and helpful. I've seen some reviews that noted they could hear the neighbors. We could too but not from the bedrooms and it was never very loud, so we weren't bothered by it at all. We could hear the train at night but again, didn't bother anyone. Would definitely recommend.

Virginia creeper trail

Great location for the virginia creeper trail. Can park and walk to everything food, shops, coffee, and of course the trail. We rode it every chance we could. My husband did an out and back on it, started at the bottom rode all the way to the top and back down for a total of 70 miles!

Perfect Location

The apartment was steps from Main Street and we walked everywhere. It is a two minute walk to the Tavern. We walked to the Martha Washington Inn, Creeper Trail and did lots of shopping in the wonderful small local shops. It was clean and had everything we needed. It is an older building but that just gave it charm.

Excellent location!

You will not find a better location for Abingdon. Within walking distance to restaurants, brewery, coffee, and shopping. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Two things to be aware of however. First, the thermostat is controlled by another apartment so there's no way to change the temperature without contacting the property manager. It was a tad warm while we were there so would have been nice to have a fan since we couldn't adjust the temperature. Second, the apartment shares the top floor with another apartment, which is only separated by a door so you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the other apartment. Every step they take, every word they say, what they are watching on tv, etc. Our neighbors during our stay weren't being loud at all, just due to proximity and limited sound barriers, we could hear everything.

Va Highlands week

Nicely appointed 2 bedroom, bath living area with small kitchen area. Interesting art work. Any concerns and problems were addressed quickly by owner.

Lovely Stay in an Abingdon Gem

Having never been to Abingdon, we didn't know what to expect... all I can say is Jeannie's property and the town of Abingdon exceeded any and all expectations! My husband and I traveled with our toddler, and met a friend. The layout of the apartment was perfect for us. The bedrooms are down the hall from the family room/kitchenette, so we were able to visit when we put our toddler in one of the bedrooms. The bedrooms were a great size! The bathroom was spacious and the kitchen was simple and worked great for our needs. The apartment was beautiful, had wonderful art on the walls! It was very clean and tidy. The location is absolutely perfect. You could walk anywhere in town: from delicious coffee and breakfast in the morning to an easy walk to the Creeper Trail (great walk!) and just a hop, skip and a jump to a number of amazing restaurants and bars. We also were able to get a spa appointment in at the Martha Washington, which was a short stroll. I would highly recommend this property! We will be back :)

Great Location

Our stay in Abington was great! The apartment was comfortable and uniquely decorated. The main living area seemed a little dark with no windows, which is the only negative. The location is perfect! Just around the corner from shops and great restaurants. The Creeper trail is just a block away! The owner is very accommodating and quick to respond. We would stay here again!

Great place!

This place is great! Perfect location. Restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. In fact, The Tavern is only a block away. Clean and spacious. Great living room area to hangout, watch TV or have cocktails. Jeannie was great to work with. Checking in and out was a piece of cake. I will definitely stay here again.
