Downtown CDA Studio Apartment. Walk to almost everything!

Our basement studio apartment is cozy, yet spacious. You'll enjoy a comfortable memory foam queen bed , plush robes to wrap up in, all the amenities you should need. We have tried to think of everything you would need to make it a wonderful and comfortable stay. We take pride in cleanliness. The private entrance is at the back of our home near the parking area reserved for this studio.

We are located in a great location- blocks from the lake, public beach, Tubbs Hill (hiking trails), unique restaurants, bars, art galleries, shopping, downtown Coeur d' Alene.

There are many things to see and do in CDA ~ summertime concerts in the park, boat and jet ski rentals, Ironman Race, Car d' Alene Car Show, seaplane rides, snow skiing at one of our local ski resorts (Silver Mountain 32 miles, Schweitzer Mountain 59 miles, Lookout Mountain 53 miles).

I will consider a small (under 10lbs.) dog , please ask 1st. It will be a $15.00 per night fee if approved. I have a "shizoodle" named Carmen, very sweet.

Our stay was very nice. It is VERY close to everything and quite comfortable for the two of us. Checkin was easy and they thought of all the little extras you might need! I would recommend it and stay here again if back in Coeur D Alene

This was our first trip to CDA and this studio was perfection! The perfect size for two people and it had all the amenities that we needed. The studio was also decorated super cute! Location was great, we walked to restaurants and a coffee shop on Sherman during our stay, and to the lake. We would definitely stay here again! Can't wait to come back to CDA, we loved it!

Great location and studio

We had a wonderful stay. This was a great location for my family and me Location was amazing, very walkable to downtown, and lots of fun activities. The studio was clean and the hosts were super friendly and accommodating.

Great place to stay

The place is a comfortable basement suite with all amenities that you would need. The bed is super comfy and the location of the house is within walking distance to restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and the owners were friendly and engaging…yes we will be staying here again.

You will have privacy with all the comforts of a home suite, yet be close to almost everything you may need. I have tried to provide the amenities that I would enjoy while away from home to make you comfortable.

Separate entrance, beautiful tile flooring, safe neighborhood, fenced yard, yet can sit on the porch and watch the neighborhood activities. One block from main street where the 4th of July parade passes by, only blocks to beach and hiking.
