Downtown CDA Studio Apartment. Walk to almost everything!
Our basement studio apartment is cozy, yet spacious. You'll enjoy a comfortable memory foam queen bed , plush robes to wrap up in, all the amenities you should need. We have tried to think of everything you would need to make it a wonderful and comfortable stay. We take pride in cleanliness. The private entrance is at the back of our home near the parking area reserved for this studio.
We are located in a great location- blocks from the lake, public beach, Tubbs Hill (hiking trails), unique restaurants, bars, art galleries, shopping, downtown Coeur d' Alene.
There are many things to see and do in CDA ~ summertime concerts in the park, boat and jet ski rentals, Ironman Race, Car d' Alene Car Show, seaplane rides, snow skiing at one of our local ski resorts (Silver Mountain 32 miles, Schweitzer Mountain 59 miles, Lookout Mountain 53 miles).
I will consider a small (under 10lbs.) dog , please ask 1st. It will be a $15.00 per night fee if approved. I have a "shizoodle" named Carmen, very sweet.

Great space for me and my husband while visiting for a wedding, was perfect! Walking distance to lake, shops and restaurants. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very friendly owners, highly recommend!

Cute little basement apartment! Very walkable and easy to get to town! You can hear the people above walk around, and either the dryer or dishwasher early AM. It is a basement apartment, so that goes with the territory.

This was our first stay at a VRBO and we are so happy we chose this place for our stay. Unfortunately for us the weather did not cooperate for us to do much walking but it was a quick drive into CDA. The hosts were very easy to communicate with helping us learn the ropes of this new adventure. Parking was off street and the property is gated.

Great little place with wonderful hosts. I stay here every year I travel to Couer d'Alene. Highly recommended.

Our stay was very nice. It is VERY close to everything and quite comfortable for the two of us. Checkin was easy and they thought of all the little extras you might need! I would recommend it and stay here again if back in Coeur D Alene

Great Stay
We loved our stay in this cozy apartment. It is just a short walk away from downtown and the waterfront.

Great Location
So close to downtown CDA. Everything was nice and clean. The hosts were lovely as well. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location
Perfect location for visiting Coeur d’Alene! Short walk to the center of town with excellent hosts. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great visit in Coeur d’Alene. Jan was an amazing host, and we loved our accommodations. The apartment was so conveniently located, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Thanks for making one of our first VRBO experiences so easy and enjoyable!!!

Separate entrance, beautiful tile flooring, safe neighborhood, fenced yard, yet can sit on the porch and watch the neighborhood activities. One block from main street where the 4th of July parade passes by, only blocks to beach and hiking.
