Great location overlooking the river and close to everything. Owner is very professional and responsive. Was perfect for our small group of 4.

Absolutely wonderful! Property was very clean and very well stocked. Location was fantastic it was really nice having a excellent breakfast place just a couple doors down and the little boardwalk was a breath of fresh air. We will definitely be coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lauren was a great host. The condo has a beautiful view of the Spokane river with a boardwalk that was great to walk along. Its also close to many amenities.

My stay was amazing. The place was absolutely beautiful, and the location was so enjoyable. The host was easy to talk to, but I never needed to because everything is right there, and the location and home make it great to stay in or go out!!

This property was so nice. Sitting out on the patio with the fireplace going, and watching the geese and boats go by was so relaxing. The decor is tastefully done, and couches and beds were very comfortable. It was plenty roomy. Because they keep the cleaning price low and don’t do a “deep” clean each time, there were a few housekeeping issues, but they were pretty minor. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time. Previous renters apparently broke the outdoor fireplace and the bbq, so we didnt get to use those, but still a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in October. The unit was spotless on arrival and clearly well cared for, cleanliness was excellent. The host welcomed us with a thoughtful card, and their communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout. Check-in was seamless and very easy.The spectacular fall colors and great vantage points from the patio and dock made our morning and evening truly special. 10/10 recommend this property and host.

We spent 4 days at this wonderful condo. It is not your typical rental. It was very clean and the furnishings were all very nice and high quality, as was the property itself. The beds were comfortable, towels fluffy and the view is amazing! We were blessed with a winter wonderland and enjoyed the gas fireplace every evening. Many restaurants and shops are in easy walking distance. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. Communication with Lauren was also great.
