About this home:
The main level of the home features an open living concept, including Kitchen, Dining and Living area. A large wall of windows and glass french doors open to a large deck with beautiful water views of the sound below near Rosario Resort! On the deck, you'll enjoy outdoor dining with seating for six, a Stainless Steel BBQ grill and relaxing views of the views below.

A well-equipped kitchen for cooking in:
You'll find the kitchen is well stocked with spices, condiments, quality cookware and chef-grade knife set for guests to prepare meals in the home during their stay.

In the kitchen, you'll also find granite countertops with bar-style seating opposite the kitchen sink, and Fridigaire Gallery Series stainless steel appliances make this kitchen a cook's dream.

Coffee, Tea or Specialty Drinks - your choice:
In addition to the teapot and 12-cup Mr. Coffee maker, we also afford our guests the luxury of crafting their own cafe-style drinks with the Starbucks Barista Espresso machine. We supply a coffee grinder as well as whole espresso beans (located in the freezer) in addition to a few flavorings during your stay.

The Master Suite:
The Master suite is located on the main level and features an en-suite master bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bathroom features dual vanities with granite countertops and a large, modern porcelain tile shower with rolling glass doors.

The Recreation Room:
The lower level opens to the spacious recreation room featuring a large sectional sofa for enjoying the 65" Television streaming services from Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video. Guests will find the Hot Tub located just off the lower recreation room patio - a perfect place to rejuvenate to start the day off or to relax under the starry skies at night.

The Guest Suites:
The two guest suites are both located on the lower level, opposite sides of the recreation room for privacy for guests. Like the Master, the guest rooms also offer king-sized beds, two nightstands with LED bedside lights and soft quality linens. There is also a full bathroom located on the lower level with a shower/tub combo.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
1) + $185 cleaning fee per stay added to your nightly reservation.
2) Listing Site collects and remits all sales & lodging Tax for the State of Washington on behalf of hosts.
3) We are a dog-friendly home with a non-refundable pet fee of $80 per stay. We can accommodate up to 2 dogs per stay. Contact us for information about Pet Agreement requirements. Must be 1 yr old, spayed/neutered, updated on vaccinations and on flea/tick treatment. Pricing listed in quotes do not include pet fee unless you select it, but will be required.
4) Guests agree to follow the rules of conduct.
5) Use of the home is exclusive to the guests in the reservation. We recommend guest purchase 3rd party trip insurance in case of emergencies. Please review full details around our cancellation policy (60 days in advance of date of stay).
