Escape to your new favorite place on Hilton Head! Shorewood Villas continue to be a perfect destination for repeat guests year after year and unit 436 is at the top! The beautiful landscaped common areas, the zero entry pool, hot tub and kiddie pool all with nice bathroom facilities are among some of the reasons that guest return to Shorewood.
This complex is on the ocean in the heart of it all near Coligny Plaza. Walk to shops & restaurants, you may never have to get in your car the whole trip!
You have more than enough space in this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo up on the 4th Floor. The master King bedroom has great views and your own entrance to the patio plus the master bath has a nice large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen & twin with a bathroom that has a nice updated tub/shower combo. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Kitchen is stocked and you have anything you would need to cook a meal, updated and clean.
The Living Room is perfect for gathering in front of the 55" inch Flat Screen. Your balcony has spectacular ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean. Shorewood 436 has all the comforts of home, wireless internet and flat screen TVs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit although a bit dated in some furnishing. Sofa is old and needs replacement.Toilet in main suite has issues. It runs and it makes noises when sitting and getting up. Something moves in the wall behind the toilet and it needs adjustment. Also, stain in hall ceiling should be repaired. Hot tub was not functioning properly one of the days and the rule indicating children under 12 not permitted was not being observed. Many small children were in the HT and this affected enjoyment by adults.

Its distance to coligny is so convenient. The grounds are kept immaculate. The condos have everything you would need. The pool is beautiful! And if you have the slightest problem you have someone there in 5 minutes to fix it! Everyone is so nice too! I even have some friends using seashore now.

Great condo at HHI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful experience at Shorewood 436. We’ve been to Shorewood a few times, but this was our first experience with this particular condo. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space. It would have been nice to see a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom replace the single bed. The queen bed in that room was nice. The master bedroom was nice as well. The kitchen was fully stocked and the living room was comfortable. The exterior balcony lights were not working, but we didn’t mind and let the management company know.

Beautiful views

We absolutely loved the location and views, checkin and check out process was great! The only complaint I have is that the condo was not cleaned very well…jelly was all over the drawer handles and splatters of something all over above the cabinets and on kitchen ceiling, bathroom vanity drawers were also dirty inside…I really do hate to complain but we have stayed at Shorewood for the last 4 years and have never had an issue but this was the dirtiest that we have stayed in thus far, I just feel for the price it should be clean

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was nice but I don't think we'll choose Shorewood over Ocean One again. The property manager was overbearing the entire time. I don't pay 3000 bucks for a week at a place to be yelled at by a guy with a bullhorn about stupid rules that don't make sense when I'm trying to relax by the pool.

Shore wood resort review

Property overall is great. Great location(beachfront, close to shops and restaurants, central island location), great pool, and well manicured property. Inside the unit was spacious and, for the most part, clean. Furniture is different than pictures, but nice. I would stay here again if travelling to HHI.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shorewood! Great location and weather. The place was perfect for location at Hilton Head and the weather was nice. The only downside was the house could have been cleaner and the hot tub wasn’t working for most of our stay. We would definitely come back for another stay. Thanks for having us!

This was nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled with three kids under 11. This place met our needs. It was overwhelming to search all of the units in HHI, and I found myself being over critical about places. This unit did its job. The positives: Great location (we could walk to ice cream). Private beach access (closer to an outside bathroom). Great pool (zero entry was nice for our 3-yr old.) Keyless entry to property (didn't think we needed it, but OMG it was convenient). Nice TV and living room area. (Kids watched a movie from the drawer one night and I secretly loved the 360 chairs).The negatives: A wobbly dining room table (we told them, it's probably fixed by now). Honestly the owners may want to upgrade the King bed and frame. I slept well enough, my spouse less so. Also, we dropped something under the kids bed, when I got down to retrieve it,the area under the bed was very dusty and I found a pill from a previous stay (looked like Excedrin). Cleaning crew just needs a periodic sweep under the beds.Overall, we'd stay here again. We had everything we needed. Fixtures are adequate. No it doesn't have fancy brushed nickel faucets, but we didn't need that, and I think that was my overpickiness coming through when I was searching for units. The charging station was a nice idea, but lacked usb-c charger that fit our phones.

Wonderful stay and Seashore rentals great to work with

The main closet just inside the front entry has beach chairs and other beachy things. Awesome view of the pool with the ocean beyond. Had a great time this year and the unit being nice was a definite plus.We always worry when we rent a place sight unseen, but the instant we walked in we knew we were going to enjoy the place.Thanks!

Heaven on HHI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've come to Hilton Head for our summer vacation for well over 20 years. We love Shorewood Villas for many reasons - location, proximity to the ocean and pool, plus more. This was our first time in unit 436. Overall, it was fine. It could use some updating, especially the bathrooms. It was clean for the most part, but it could use a SERIOUS DEEP CLEAN. It had wonderful extras, like beach chairs, a cart and even a Cool Cabana. We brought our own though. New carpet and rugs, mattresses in bedrooms are needed.

Amazing View

The view was absolutely beautiful. The property, pool, access to the beach and of course the beach itself could not be beat! The cleaning service could do a little better on mirrors and floors especially, otherwise the condo was very clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation! We will definitely return!

Great Location!

Condo is stocked with everything you need. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. Fantastic, unobstructed beach front view! I would like to see a higher level of cleaning due to COVID (lint on the counter, article of clothing in washer). Would stay here again!
