Stay ocean-side and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Shorewood 130 enjoy a landscape view and won't cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers return from the ocean using Shorewood's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool or a seasonally heated spa. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. Toddlers enjoy their separate wading pool. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Shorewood 130 has a spacious living area and wireless internet. It is a favorite among renters seeking an Oceanside getaway with a great value. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and actually pretty private. Clean and open floor plan. Perfect area near Coligny. Short walk to the pool or beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location! You can walk or bike to anything you could possibly want to do. The unit and complex pool were very clean. Anything that we needed, the management company responded to right away.

Great location!

Great location, no ocean view but so close to the beach, shops and food. Pool was wonderful and grounds were well kept. We enjoyed our stay.

great location! easy walk to pool and beach! very clean and comfortable inside. there were even beach chairs and sand toys available for us. would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The property is nice. Chairs and flooring are dated and need a deep cleaning. Location is ideal! Perfect for beautiful beach access and pleasant stroll for coffee shops and dinner spots. The swimming pool is a dream! Clean and well maintained.

The location is second to none on HHI. With easy access to shopping, restaurants, and beach it was an amazing experience. The only negatives were a few lights and switches were not working and some TV connection but Buddy was quick to have an electrician fix a ceiling fan.

This was hands down the nicest condo we have stayed in at HHI. It was very spacious which was perfect for my husband, myself, and our almost 3 year old. This was also the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in which is very important to us. Appliances were updated and they had a brand new set of ceramic pans that were so nice to cook on we are actually going to buy a set. They also had a brand new air fryer which was perfect for lunches. Brand new dining set, ice maker in the freezer. They had 4 beach chairs and two buckets of toys for the sand which was perfect. Only drawbacks were the queen size bed which they do advertise-I just wish it was a king (33weeks pregnant and could’ve used the extra space). The TV in the living room struggled to connect to the internet and froze frequently for streaming services. We also couldn’t figure out how to get our Disney to play in the living room for our daughter but the master TV worked fine. The location is perfect with a great pool and private access to the beach. It was really nice because it wasn’t super crowded like it is by coligny and other public entrances to the beach. I would 100% stay again. Well worth the price

Overall this is a great condo, location to the beach and pool is awesome. The view is from the balcony was not much to see but we enjoyed our time.

Great location

Overall very pleased with the stay and the space. Upgrading master to a king and the secondary to two full size beds would go a long way. Also the fabric on the furniture could use attention Felt like grandmas house but that isn’t a bad thing. Love the mirrors adds a lot of visual space.

Exactly as described

This unit is great - extremely clean and well cared for. Bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. As stated in the description, it does not have a view of the ocean, but is more reasonably priced then those that do have the view. Location is fantastic!

Great location

This was a great location, beachfront and walkable to restaurants. The unit is a little outdated, but in good shape and very spacious. Lots of good lighting inside. First floor was convenient (even though the elevator was out of order and the nearest steps were being rebuilt) and had parking underneath the building. The balcony looks at the side of the building and the parking lot.

The condo overall was clean, stocked with what we needed to cook, and allowed space for my husband and I, our 3 kids and my mother in law to stay (granted my 1yr old slept in a pack n play. The area is super close to the beach and shopping. We were able to door dash on nights we stayed on with no problem. We love Shorewood and the ability to be so close to the ocean and have a great pool area for the kiddos.
