Beachside Retreat - Gated Condo w/ Pool, Tennis, Pickleball; Steps to the Beach
Welcome to our home away from home. We want to ensure that our guests enjoy all the comforts of home plus some more. When coming to HHI, there are a couple things that separate one vacation home from another - proximity to the beach and amenities. We are across the street from the beach access (less than a 5 minute walk) without the beachfront high pricing. We also know the struggles of travelling to and from the beach so we provide 4 beach chairs, a beach buggy and even some beach toys so you don't have to pack these when coming to HHI. If you want to try a game of tennis on our private courts, we even have racquets for you to use.
Upon arrival, you'll open the door to a nicely decorated home. You will find an updated kitchen with all the conveniences you'd expect in the kitchen. Our flooring has been updated along with new furnishings throughout. We know you'll enjoy the balconies off the family room and the master bedroom overlooking the courtyard and front gardens.
The bedrooms are all freshly furnished. Our twin bedrooms have 2 twin beds, a large dresser, nightstand and a 37' flat panel LCD TV. Our guest bedroom has a queen bed with a large dresser, nightstand and a 37' flat panel LCD TV. Both of these rooms may use the 2 bathrooms, a large full bath and a large 1/2 bath.
Our master bedroom is paradise. With a full queen bedroom furniture suite and a 43' flat panel LCD TV, you'll never want to leave the room. The master bathroom has been remodeled to include a state of the art shower, complete with spa, rainfall and hand shower sprayers.
Our living room also is completely furnished, contains a 65' flat panel TV and looks out on a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. You can sit on the balcony and relax listening to the subtle splashes of water.
Because we are an end unit, we have plenty of light in our Condo. There are 3 balconies in total, with the main one off the living room. The master has their own private balcony and a shorter balcony is also off the kitchen area.
Wireless Internet is always up and available for your use only in our condo and a passcode is provided. We also provide you with ROKU so if you desire to watch Netflix, Amazon, or other services, you may sign in with your accounts.
It's very important that you understand the care we take in ensuring that our guests have a fantastic stay. We are continually upgrading our condo. Regularly we are replacing all our pillows, comforters, beach chairs. We deep clean our condo both in the spring and fall. In fall of 2024, we upgraded all our living room furniture and as of Sept 2025, all beds are new.
It's our goal that you and your guests have a fantastic vacation without any worries.

Perfect layout of condo. Family trip - mom/dad, 4 young adult kids. Lots of space for evening hangout after a long day at the beach. Kitchen well equipped with everything that you can think of - perfect for home cooked meals. Lots of closet space. Perfect location. Ten minute walk to beach. Fifteen minute easy stroll to Coligny Plaza - dining, shopping, groceries, play area. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Our stay in May was wonderful. The property was immaculate and exactly as described. The beach was a short walk and we especially appreciated the beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas that were provided. We also enjoyed the property's pool and riding bikes to nearby shops and restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was highly responsive and the check-in/check-out process was easy. No complaints about anything! Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Hilton Head.

Great condo! Property was clean and well taken care of. The building has a pool and is close to the beach. Mark and Ruth always responded to messages very quickly. Would stay here again!

Family Vacation
This was our first family vacation in Hilton. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach & shops. We enjoyed the beach, walking and renting bikes.

very enjoyable time
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and quiet area. Our only complaint was the WIFI was not very good. We would defiantly stay there again.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our time at this rental. As described in the summary, it is perfect for families with a pool and a very short distance to the beach. The added bonus of the beach supplies in the room is awesome.

GREAT STAY
Beautiful condo in a great location. It offered many amenities with everything we needed included in the condo.
I went with five girlfriends from high school and we would definitely stay there again.

The condo was everything promised and more. Well appointed, great amenities, perfect location and a master shower you won’t want to miss. We’d love to stay here again!

Great beach vacation with the family
Super clean property with plenty of space for our group of 4. We enjoyed the location, pool, and all of the amenities. The owner and leasing company were both responsive to the few questions that we had. Great week’s stay!

This was our third time staying in this unit and it did not disappoint! It is super clean and very accommodating for our family. I would highly recommend this condo!

Family Vacation
We stayed a week and it was great. Easy and quick walk to the beach. Condo has a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, etc which was very helpful. Location is close to all the main establishments, so is in a great spot. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

Great Place!
Everything was extremely nice. I would recomend asking for extra keys at check in, not the key code. Very clean, spacious, and great location.

Great location
The check in process was smooth. Everyone involved has excellent communication and was very responsive. The microwave broke and was replaced that day. Quick walk to beach and even Coligny plaza. Would recommend renting a bike at least once. There were some shark sightings on the beach while we were there but the lifeguards were good about monitoring the situation. Would def stay again!!

Great place to stay!
We loved the location of the condo, with a 10 min walk to the beach! Very spacious bedrooms. Loved the shower in the master bedroom. Lots of beach supplies( chairs, umbrella, wagon and beach toys if you have little ones. We really liked sitting out on the balcony that overlooks the pool.

Highly recommend - Close to the beach
Highly recommend. Great location that is close to the beach access and Coligny Plaza. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for cooking. There were beach chairs and tennis equipment and games and puzzles for rainy days. We loved spending the evenings on the living room balcony.

Perfect Location
The unit was perfect to accommodate my family and father-in-law. Furnishings were comfortable and tasteful. Loved that we just crossed the street to walk and stay on the beach and Coligny Plaza for groceries, shopping, and casual dining out. Highly recommend this unit!

We began our travels down south staying with our parents, but after a couple years, we decided to purchase a place as we knew this would be the place that eventually we would all gather for our family get-togethers. What a blessing. We wanted a place close to the beach so it is convenient to walk to and we wanted a location that was close to the activities but not too close so that you can have solitude if needed. This is the place.
