We loved our stay and the proximity to the beach. It was quiet without any worries of a super busy area.

Perfect location. Beach access directly across the street. Outdoor areas on property were wonderful as well. Close to everything one needs at the beach!

Excellent condo to stay. No complaints about the condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very enjoyable, especially with the beach being right across the street. Everything was fine except we would like to have some golf courses closer to that area. Be nice if there would be more eating places closer to that condo.

The prettiest Pelicans Nest I have ever seen

The hosts were absolutely fabulous before, during and after our stay. The home is spacious and welcoming with all of the basics. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cookware and utensils you’ll need to make a meal. The view from the front porch or the upstairs balcony is amazing- we spent a lot of time just listening to and watching the water and breathing in the salty air. The back yard is private and secluded with a nice fire pit area. This house is in a quiet neighborhood in Sunnyside on the far west end of the beach. We had a truly wonderful stay over winter break and can’t wait to go back in the summer.

This was our 2nd time renting this house. We love itIt’s close to beach and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It feels like home. Check in and check out was so easy.We will definitely be back.

The house was clean but when walking around when we first got there our feet and socks went black. So, they could have been cleaner. No door upstairs means all that goes on downstairs echos upstairs. Every time the ice drops it echos up the stairs. No black out curtains so when sun was up so were we. We didnt have beach chairs as per the contract nothing could leave the house. Bonfires by company only were 500 and they couldn't get a permit on the weekend so, its something we needed to do prior to arrival. No bikes, no beach towels, no little amentities most beach houses Ive rented have. Overall , a bit restricted and hard to relax, was pretty but wont rent again. Beach access was great too.

Spring break family vacation

This is our fifth or sixth time to the area for spring break with our boys and this was a wonderful stay. Everything you need and right across the street from beach access! Shopping and activities are close yet is far enough from the busy areas so young families can enjoy the quiet. Highly recommend! Thank you!!

House was clean and showers had great water pressure. Great location across Front Beach Road, beach entrance #87. Would recommend.

Last week of summer

This house was a great location. We had a couple of small issues but the manager was quick to take care of things. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Summer Trip

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was clean. What we loved most was the view of the ocean from the balcony in the upstairs bedroom and from the front porch.

Great vacation!

The house was perfect for us! My husband, kids (18-18-14) and myself. It’s a quiet and comfortable neighborhood! The walk to the beach was short and easy! Lots of space outside! We had everything that we needed. My husband and I are already talking about coming back on a couples trip!
