Perfect place for a friends trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our friends trip here at this property. The property is a short walk to the beach that had little to no other people, and was quiet, rarely experienced on 30a. House was clean, we ran into an AC issue on night one and they sent a guy out in 15 minutes to fix it. Great place to put 4-5 couples and not have them sleep in bunk beds!

Enjoyed our stay

The process of renting was easy and accurate. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to both the beach and the pool. A short walk to The Hub was a selling point for us. Our only complaint (which was hardly a burden) was that a cabinet door had become loose and had fallen off and the bottom tray of the dishwasher needs to be replaced/fixed. The rental agency was over the next day making repairs. Overall, the house was big and comfortable for our two families to enjoy our time together.

Holiday visit

We love Watersound and have rented there several times. I have to say we were disappointed about some aspects of this particular house. It needs some updating and a deep clean! Dishwasher tray wheels fell off every time it was pulled out. Several outside lights didn’t work and were needed. Porch and furniture needs to be cleaned. We did call maintenance the first day we were there and they were quick to fix a few of the thing. We will definitely return to Water Sound, but not this house.

nice place

carriage house was just a little misleading. Alot smaller than it looks in the pictures. the main house was amazing. Close to the beach, pools and located convenient to the hub for food.

July 2019 Stay

What a wonderful week we had...the house was a perfect size for us and accommodated a large group perfectly. The location was much better than expected...very close to beach and a community pool...the 5 bicycles came in extremely handy....being close to the HUB was also a bonus....would highly recommend....360 blue was very easy to work with and I always felt very informed about my rental.

July 2019 Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at 45 Tidal Bridge Way. Our family of 6 fit perfectly (with plenty of room for more)! The house is gorgeous. Every detail has been thought of and is there waiting for you to relax on your vacation. The multiple pool options and beach locations made it quite the adventure each day. We loved riding the bikes to the nearby restaurants and shops. We are definitely going to make another trip to 45 Tidal Bridge Way in the near future!
