Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this property. There were two families and a couple and the configuration worked perfectly. Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Watersound. What a great location. Close to everything but removed from the crazy crowds. The home was beautiful. The house was extremely clean, well kept, in a great location, and huge. The walk to the beach was truly only a few minutes as the house is located on one of the boardwalks. In the future, we will rent this property anytime we visit 30A. All around zero complaints with the experience.

INSANELY BEAUTIFUL & PERFECT!

Literally these pictures do NOT do this house justice. 😍 It was the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! We can’t wait to go back. I went with 7 of my neighborhood girlfriends but we were all talking about the fact that the house could have fit SO many more! Such a short and beautiful walk to the beach and we actually walked to the Hub too! I would give this place a hundred stars if I could!

Great Family Week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had actually stayed in the property about 6 years ago and found the updated home much better suited and furnished than before. It's a beautiful home. The only recommendation might be the first floor master bathroom getting updated or enchanced to help with older folks who found getting in and out of the huge tub to take a shower a bit of a problem.

Hi Brock! Thank you for your kind review of your recent stay at Barefoot at the Beach. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the new furnishings and décor! We agree, this home is beautiful. With accommodations for 14, 2 spacious living areas, and a fireplace, this home is great for a large family. Featuring a screened porch, spacious deck and outdoor shower, Barefoot at the Beach is a great outdoor oasis with the boardwalk that leads you to the beach or pool right outside the backdoor. Thank you for your suggestions for the first-floor bathroom! We have passed your recommendation for the updates along, and handrails will be installed in the coming few weeks allowing for easy access in and out of the bathtub! We hope to have the privilege of hosting you here on 30A again soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was exceptional! The house is beautiful, spacious and clean! It had plenty of space for everyone in our party and more. It was a convenient location to the beach and pool. The neighborhood is darling with lots of charm. The week we were there was relatively quiet and didn’t seem super busy, which was perfect for us. The neighborhood is close by (walking distance) to The Chill/Hub and a short car or bike ride to other areas if you’re looking for more action. The beach was clean and not crazy busy in front of this property. We had one issue with the air conditioning at the property not working, but Royal destinations was quick to address the problem and fix it. We would love to go back someday, and would recommend this property and Royal Destination to others!

Our experience with the concierge rental management company went above and beyond what we have ever experienced before. We arrived to find a welcome gift basket as well as a home that was stocked with high end sheets and towels. The layout was perfect for our family including married children, significant others and grandchildren. Loved the storage shed with beach toys and wagon for the beach. We had plenty of room to mingle In The great room with the extra long, ultra comfortable couch. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Every detail was perfection and we really appreciated the communication from the rental management company. We will be back!

Spring Break 2015

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Moore Relaxing is a great property! Access to the beach is a short stroll along the board walk. The limited beach access gives you plenty of room to enjoy the sun. The sand is beautiful white and the Gulf crystal clear. If the beach is not your thing, try the pool. The pool is large and they keep the water at a perfect temperature. For us lap swimmers there are even two lanes. The house is comfortable, inviting, and tastefully furnished, big enough for a moderate sized family reunion. Everything was clean and well maintained. The folks at Royal Beach Rentals were helpful, friendly and gave wonderful customer service from the time we made the reservations through when we left. It's in the center of everything, between Destin and Panama City. You can find great food in almost any price range and even the pricey restaurants have a relaxed, beach-side atmosphere. We did everything from parasailing to scuba diving. If you can't find a warm weather recreation you enjoy close by, you'r just not looking:-))

Basically the house was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The dishwashers were ideal. The bedroom on the first floor (where the grandparents slept) had two very high beds and so we were glad that we brought step stools. One for the kids and one for us. The pool nearby was great, but for the grandparents the distance to the beach was quite a trek. The eating area for the kids was ideal. We did wish that the flat screen TV downstairs had a DVD player, so that the adults could watch something different. The door locks were a small problem. The house was well maintained, but the wood floors needed to be mopped a little better. The decor was beautiful and we were very comfortable. The rental agency reps were very helpful.
