Just 200 yards from the beach and pier, this 400-square-foot vacation rental in San Clemente is perfect for two! Escape to Southern California and walk to the beach daily from this pier bowl condo. This Monterrey D condo includes a full kitchen and cable TV for your comfort and convenience. Outside the sliding doors, a small ocean-view sitting area is provided.


The area surrounding the pier has a small market, a few family-owned restaurants, a coffee shop, a frozen yogurt shop, and the famous Fisherman's Restaurant on the pier. The quaint downtown area of San Clemente, Del Mar, is only a few walking blocks away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
